Lorsque vous entrez dans Sterling Breeze 202, vous trouverez cette rĂ©sidence de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec un salon spacieux avec des portes-fenĂȘtres en verre du sol au plafond menant Ă  votre balcon. Le salon comprend un canapĂ©-lit Queen. Ainsi, cette maison pourra accueillir confortablement jusqu'Ă  6-8 personnes. La table Ă  manger de la nouvelle tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat n'est que quelques-uns des meubles haut de gamme. Votre cuisine ouverte dispose de comptoirs en granit et de tous les outils et commoditĂ©s dont vous aurez besoin pour vos vacances en famille Ă  la plage. Great location on second floor! Pool area very clean

Warren Rentals were very professional and I would recommend them. The condo was not very clean and very uncomfortable due to lack of air conditioning. The beach service was lacking. The building of Sterling Breeze was very clean !

Run down, needed repairs

Overall, my family liked the property. Close proximity to beach and pool. Loved the convenience of being on 2nd floor for access to parking and beach. Great view. Problem is that we had several things need maintenanced while we were there. First off, refrigerator fan was loud when we arrived. Thought it was the ice maker. Went to grocery store and returned with lots of groceries. Refrigerator nor freezer were cold. We hurriedly went scrambling for ice to keep our food cold in our cooler. Ice was 15.00 for two bags of ice at the resort. Pricey. Had to call maintenance who said they would be up soon and to let them know if we needed cooler with ice in the meantime. They reset the board in the refrigerator and told us to see if it started to cool. The next morning it was back to normal. Next, the dishwasher leaked and we were not able to use it the entire time we were there. The handle on the sliding glass door fell off, the fan in the living room would not stay on without the light on and the fan in the 3rd bedroom rattled so bad that we couldn't leave it on while sleeping. Good thing we had fans with us (3) because it took at least a day to get the condo cooled enough. Upholstered furniture was worn and dirty. Bed in master squeaked. Upper bunk makes horrible noise with any movement. Bunk was old and worn. Condo is laid out nice and has the potential to be a top-notch rental. Needs updating.

Great place!

Great property. Location is close to Pier Park. Plenty of games, beach toys. Very Clean! One improvement that could have benefited the stay is the TVs. The TV in the living room didn't have sound for some of the stations, and the tv in the master bedroom became distorted frequently.

They condo was ok, property staff RUDE! During booking it’s was perceived that the whole resort was handicap accessible, however it was not. There wasn’t even beach access for a wheel chair. Had to go to the public beach down the road to be able to gain access.

I was hoping to give 5 stars, but we didn't have a 5 stars experience

Upon arrival the room appeared to be clean. The first kitchen towel I used had hair in it. There was hairs in the area rug .. hairs on the bathroom floor and hairs in the master bathroom towels. The top bunk had two dead bugs and sand under the covers. The things I found was disgusting. Tried to reach out through the number posted in the room.. No answer.. I left a voice message.. Still no return call or follow up. Also upon arrival we wasn't told the ice maker wasn't working.. We purchased ice from the store. On day 3 I received a txt about a tech coming to fix the ice maker while we wasn't in the room. I gave two stars for location, size of room, and easy access. I would not rent this unit again. Very uncomfortable experience

What was wrong

The unit was very nice, the location was also great. My only complaint is the master bedrooms tv never worked, and they could not fix it. Also there is a build up of dust on the walls and curtain in the master bedroom. I was given a small refund, but would have rather had the issues fixed. Overall the property was great, and would stay there again if i knew those issues have been corrected.

Pretty good stay

We enjoy this property normally. However, the water had to be cut off from 10-2 which is a pretty big inconvenience. They also had issues with the elevators during our entire stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

4 night stay!

Stayed here for my Husband's iron man race. Location was great as it was close to the start amd finish! The pool was clean and heated. It was a bit chilly I didnt swim in the ocean, but the beach was beautiful and sandy! The condo was large and looked better in person! Management was very responsive! Would love to visit again during warmer months! Thanks for a nice stay and an amazing memory my hubby will have forever!

We enjoyed our stay but wished that there would have been a ramp to get to the beach.

The Smart appliances took some getting used to since we aren't used to them. We also wished that we could have taken the stairs up to the second floor instead of having to wait for the elevator

Wonderful stay

This was our best stay in Panama City Beach and we've been numerous times. We loved the condo and Sterling Breeze overall. It was very clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Thank you for a great vacation! We will be back.

Convenient location right on the water

We had a great time staying at Sterling Beach Resort (unit 202). It was clean and we enjoyed being on the second floor. Made it very easy loading and unloading. I would suggest a sound machine or something for the rooms closest to the front door bc you can hear street traffic at times. It was not an issue for us at all though. We will definitely look into renting this unit again.

The ceiling fan in the first bedroom did not work plus there was no light on it. It was missing. We had to use a flash light to see in the closet and the third night our ceiling leaked water all over our things. Rental management was supposed to come back and fix he never came back! Very disappointing 😕

condo was exactly what we wanted. We stayed on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. I suggest going a little higher as the noise from the pool area is very loud at the 2nd floor. Staff was great and very friendly, beach access was a breeze.
