ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to The Salty Perch. This luxury 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located on the south side of 30a, in the coastal community of Sunset Villas in Seacrest Beach. You are steps away from the sugar sand beaches and clear gulf waters and after a day in sun, you will enjoy the ocean breezes and view from the swing on the top porch.

ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the most charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach. Within the Sunset Villas community, there is a private beach and pool less than 100 yards away. The Salty Perch is close to everything you'll love about 30A – restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and art galleries, and for those wanting to get out and explore nature, 30A has four State Parks, walking/biking trails and fifteen coastal dune lakes. These rare dune lakes are magnificent and something you'll want to see.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

We loved this property for us and one other couple.It was located close to the beach, so we felt very safe and secure. The property was very well-kept. There is only one small thing to know: There were not many dressers for clothes, but there were plenty of hangers for the closet. Also, chairs at the dinning table were not very comfortable for long card playing but everything else was comfy and good!

Amazing stay. Managers at 30a beach girls were very professional and assisted with airport pick up and grocery delivery. The free bonfire they included was icing on the cake. Home was clean and beautiful.

Fantastic getaway!

This was a lovely cottage, perfect location with all the amenities needed. We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as pictured and was incredibly clean. The management company was fantastic and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to walk into Rosemary and Alys Beach easily. We truly enjoyed cocktails on the patio and coffee on the upstairs porch swing - the outdoor spaces were great. We even got a glimpse of the water from the porch! Will definitely book again.

Very nice stay!

My family and I had a very nice stay at the salty perch. The house is nice and it’s decorated very well. The location is great too. It’s just a short walk to the beach. It came well stocked with everything we needed to cook with and also had plenty of Tupperware containers for leftovers which was great! My only complaint would be we had some noisy neighbors for most of the week partying right below our bedroom window. They were up until midnight some nights even though it is supposed to be quiet after 9pm. The outdoor furniture could also use updating. Overall it was great though and we would definitely consider coming back again.

BEST TIME ON 30A TO DATE! 30a BEACH GIRLS!!!!

I feel so lucky to come across this home. It fit all our needs , was immaculate, perfect location and super family friendly. As a mom those are all things that mark a perfect stay. The host Hollie and Joy was super informative and thorough. We had the absolute best time and can't wait to go back this fall.

Love this area. Close to beach and town. We parked the car and walked everywhere. House was great! Kitchen well stocked. Only complaint is shower drains slowly in upstairs master bath.

Fun place to stay.

Nice home. Clean and comfortable. Great location. Short walk to beach, Seacreast restaurants, and Rosemary. Bike ride to Watersound and Alys. Use of pool also nice. We really enjoyed. Use Kerry - Seas the Day for chairs. So worth the expense. Loved staying here.

Amazing! What a treat...Perfect all around

This is a great villa in the most perfect location along 30A. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was oh so comfortable with great porches to enjoy our morning coffee before we started the day or a drink in the evening as we relaxed. Easy walking distance to Alys, Rosemary and Seacrest village center. Bikes provided with unit. 30A Beach Girls were also the best with communication and making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the absolute best. We cannot wait to return!!!

Family spot that close to everything

Great Family Spot near everything we wanted to do Ion Roses,ary, quick walk over. Everything was clean and beautiful. Clear and precise instructions for check in and out. Great location for beach access. Guards are kinda weird but I think it's just how the locals are. Staff at 30a beach girls communicate frequently and answered all questions. We lucked out and was here for their last few bonfires. We got to attend 2, so much fun!

It was amazing! We loved it! Thank you so much. You are truly the best and made everything so easy. It was perfect for our small group. My original Vrbo was canceled due to owner admin issue after I had spent about eight hours, searching, finalizing, and paying. After that debacle, 30A Beach girls stepped in and did an incredible job of quickly ensuring we had the BEST accommodations for our group needs. Everything was seamless and communication was super easy! Will always use 30A Beach Girls in the future.

House was perfect for us and service from 30a beach girls was perfect as well. Not happy that our bonfire rained out. It rained 3 days you can't help but feel cheated. Companies should offer some sort of raincheck. I can't blame the company on the weather and they were great giving us ideas for places to go for indoor activities.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is situated perfectly for our squad. 2 kids 11 and 8 loved the bunk beds, the outdoor space on the 2nd floor was perfect for relaxing with a good book, the grill was brand new and the kitchen well equipped. We also traveled on the front end of the covid panic and the maid service was especially thorough. Would definitely consider staying back here again!Lastly, the fenced in area was perfect for our two was special to truly have the entire family there.

30a Beach Girls home review 5 stars!!

Great place and location. Everyone at 30a Beach Girls was extremely friendly and responsive to our questions. It worked out very well for our needs. Comfortable, very clean and cozy. Thank you for the bonfire kids are still begging for a fire put at home now. Would rent again. Only comment, says view but there really isn't, it's a small sliver of water. lol but hey I guess everyone has their version of what a view is.

Great small rental

Great rental. Clean and secure. Easy access to the beach. Only complaint is the property manager could have provided more guidance on beach chair rental setups. I found it difficult to believe that they had no knowledge of the beach chair rental company since there is inky ken in front of this beach access. BTW it’s La Dolce Vita. After googling we had to call several companies to find the right one. These things would be helpful to make everything turn key and take the service to the highest level. Otherwise, we highly recommend this location.
