DETAILS: Firefly is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Rosemary Beach home on the south side of 30A that sleeps 15. This newly renovated, gorgeous home is a short walk from beach accesses, 4 neighborhood pools, restaurants, shopping, Racquet Club and a fitness center.

Guests will love Firefly's location along Rosemary Beach’s wooden boardwalk system. When ready to head to the beach, it’s as easy as following the boardwalk to the dune walkover! A louvered door at the front of the home opens to an incredible side porch with Oyster FireRock pavers and Adirondack chairs. The porch enjoys views of a private courtyard with natural landscaping, a premium gas grill and space for friends and family to reconnect. Stepping inside the home, guests will find refined coastal interiors with white shiplap walls, pecky cypress doors and accent walls. A laundry room is tucked beneath the stair, and 2 guest bedrooms and a bunk room share the first floor. Younger guests will love the bunk room’s 2 built-in, mini twin-over-twin bunk beds, and shared bathroom. A guest bedroom has a king bed, 32†TV, colorful artwork, and uses a shared bathroom. A second guest bedroom has a king bed, an accent wall, 40†TV, and a private bathroom with double vanity and shower.

On the second floor, a soaring vaulted ceiling heightens the brightness of an open kitchen and living area. A loveseat, chaise sofa, and chairs surround a 65†TV in the living area. Premium Thermador appliances, a 6-burner gas range, a pecky cypress ceiling, and custom cabinetry transform the glistening kitchen into an extension of the living area. A dine-in island overlooks French doors that open to a shaded side porch. A beautiful dining room is tucked beside the living area. 2 separate dining tables have bench and chair seating and seat 10. A wall of windows lets light pour in, and 2 doors on either side of the dining room open to 2 individual porches. Off the living area is a primary bedroom with incredible woodwork. A low 4-poster king bed, white shiplap walls, a darker accent wall, pecky cypress doors, and a private bathroom with a shower are a quiet retreat.
