• Balcony Painting Project:
From November 1 through December 1, 2025, the balconies will be painted and cleaned. Work dates are subject to change based on weather and progress updates from HOA management. All balcony furniture and outdoor rugs must be moved inside to allow painting to occur safely and to prevent damage.

**A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or Portable Booster Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, Booster Chair- $15.00).
