This one bedroom, plus bunks condo is located on the desired west end of PCB and was recently updated with new furnishings, paint, stainless appliances, and smart TV's.

Southwind is a lower density complex, with 88 units all together. Good Vibes is located on the ground level and just a one minute walk across the street to the sugar sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico! The complex is in an awesome location, on the west end of Panama City Beach, and is very family friendly. About 10 minutes west from gorgeous Scenic Highway 30A, just a few miles from Pier Park, there's a ton of activities to get into. There's a cool boutique grocer, Carousel Supermarket, 1.2 Miles away and an 8 minute walk from highly rated Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar.

This condo sleeps 6 people. Please obey this rule to avoid eviction.

No Smoking or Pets

$500 Violation fee if unit smells like smoke or Pets brought into the unit.

We will charge a fine and/or evict if caught smoking in the unit. If there is a smoke odor left behind, we will charge as well.

South wind will tow any vehicles without a valid parking pass. 1 Parking pass, additional parking pass is $25
