The Space:

Welcome to Silver Sands Townhomes Unit 4, a stunning Gulf-front townhome located in Inlet Beach. With gorgeous views, just steps from the beach, and right in the heart of Scenic Highway 30A, you’ll find everything you need and more for the perfect beach getaway!



Silver Sands Townhomes Unit 4 is a quaint townhome with two bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to seven. Coastal hues and natural finishes enhance the beautifully furnished and fully appointed space showcasing outstanding Gulf-front views. You’ll find snack and meal prep an enjoyable experience in the sizeable kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for four or a friendly board game at the dining table with seating for six. Relax in the living room with comfortable seating for all, including a sofa and armchair set, or the whole crowd can take in the sea air on the outdoor deck directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Refresh every night in the comfortable king-sized bed in the master suite while the kids relax in the guest suite on the twin over king bunk bed with an additional twin bed underneath.



Hang out at the community pool, venture to the sugar-white shores just steps away, and spend leisurely days looking for seashells and playing in the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

We so enjoyed out trip to this lovely home! The location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to visit and the distance to the beach was the best! The home was decorated beautifully and had everything we could have needed for our stay! We will be back next year!

Perfect Graduation Trip

Decided to come back to Seaside to celebrate graduating from graduate school and this stay was everything I needed. The view and location is perfect. Most of our time was spent staring a the ocean. The townhome was clean, they provided a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas, cookware was available if needed. It was a very relaxing stay and would come back!

Inlet Beach

Our family had a great time in Inlet Beach. The townhouse has wonderful views and sunsets. The locations is great and near to many other popular areas and restaurants. The local Publix is only about 5 minutes away. I recommend this townhouse for a long week or weekend getaway.

Issues

The air conditioner in its entirety (Fan, Condenser, and Thermostat) stopped operating sometime between 1:00am to 4:00am the morning of Friday August 2nd. I attempted multiple times to report the issue to Guest Services shortly after 6:00am the same day but was unable to speak directly to a representative and each time redirected to voicemail. I left several messages and in one case as part of my voicemail asked for an urgent reply, which never came. The temperature in the townhouse became so warm and with no reply for Guest Services whatsoever that at 10:00pm that evening we made the decision to prepare the townhouse for the cleaning team, packed and loaded our items in the SUV, checked out at 12:00am (midnight) August 3rd then immediately departed for Baton Rouge. Our stay ended on a VERY sour note. One more issue to report. The barbecue grill needs to be replaced as it is old, small, and not adequately maintained.

Cozy and comfortable

Location was great being so close to Rosemary and Seaside. The view was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. Well supplied kitchen! Phone was picked up quickly when we at first couldn’t get in. They immediately got us in over the phone Patio and deck doors need replaced really bad. They are so rusted we had a lot of trouble opening and closing them. A screen on the deck door was flopping loudly in the storm. When we couldn’t secure it in place we took it off and put it inside in order for the screen to not puncture

Awesome view!

Loved our stay here. It’s exactly as shown online and the views of the water can’t be beat. It’s a great central location in between downtown Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Would definitely book again

Will be back!

We loved being so close to the beach! The view from the unit and patio is amazing, and it’s so easy to go up and down to the beach. We ordered chairs and an umbrella to be set up everyday from Dillon’s Beach Service. Unit was clean and appeared to be recently updated. Neighboring units were mostly owners and extremely friendly / welcoming. We will be back!

Amazing!

This home is just perfect. It's open and spacious with the best views. Walk out right onto the beach. It was so comfortable and perfectly appointed. It was better than it looked in the photos and even had more amenities than in the photos. We were happily surprised that it had a laundry room, despite being told there was no laundry. So thankful for the owners sharing this amazing gem.

The beach view is the only real positive on this property

This property was extremely dirty. The property was not ready at check in time. We had to call the cleaners back and it was still dirty. The one positive is the ocean view and close proximity to the beach. It’s not worth the price. The parking lot floods easily and very muddy. This property needs a deep clean and facelift.
