Shores of Panama 707 is a beautiful beach house featuring two bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering tons of room for you and seven of your best friends or family members to sit back, relax, and soak in the pristine views right from your private balcony! We guarantee you are going to have the best vacation when you stay in one of our properties.


Common Space

As soon as you enter the home, you will be blown away by the amenities, personal touches, cool lighting fixtures, unique color palette, and breathtaking views that you can see from your private deck and living room. The living room features a large, L-shaped cozy couch that provides a perfect viewpoint of the bright blue waters and never-ending white sand beaches right outside of your doorstep. You can also sit in one of the large chairs and read a book for a mid-afternoon escape from the shining sun.

Kitchen

If you want to make a snack or some happy hour drinks for you and your guts, the kitchen is just steps away from the cozy furnishings in the living room. The kitchen features a large counter area that is great for serving food and drinks to your guests as they sit on the high bar chairs. Talk about the ideal spot to chit chat, plan the rest of your vacay, and have a few ice-cold beers!

Use the new kitchen appliances, like the microwave, stove, oven, or coffee pot to serve breakfast in the morning as you watch the sunrise, make snacks for an afternoon snack, or cook a mouthwatering seafood dinner and sit outside on your private balcony and watch the sun go down over the waves.

Bedrooms

After a long day of walking around on the beaches, exploring the town, going surfing in the crashing waves, and eating fresh seafood, you might want to hit the hay early. Head to one of the two bedrooms to unpack your clothes, lie down in the plush bed, rest your head on a fluffy pillow, and turn on your favorite show on the TV.

We guarantee that you and your guests will love the cozy bedding, ample closet and bureau space, and attached bathrooms that make it easy for you and all of your friends to relax, rinse the sand off of your feet, and curl up in bed to get a full night of restful sleep!

You can choose between the master suite with a king-sized bedroom and HD flat screen with a private bathtub and shower, or the Queen Suite with a large TV and full bathroom with a tub and shower. Both are great options for adults or couples who want a relaxing place to stay. Then, you can put a young couple or teenagers in the twin and twin bunk bed room with its own private bath and shower to provide some more independence and space from all of your guests.

Other amenities that really set apart our Shores of Panama rental from others in the area include the secured parking, beach view, kitchen appliances, full size washer and dryer, and keypad entry way. This means that you don't have to worry about bringing your keys in your beach bag when you head to the water for a full day of surfing! And the covered parking for two spaces on the 7th floor makes it easy for you to take day trips with your vehicle without worrying about paying for parking when you get back.

We know that part of the reason you are staying here is to see all that there is to do in the local area, including the beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, cultural attractions, and much more. The good thing is that you will never run out of fun things to do during your stay in Panama City Beach!

We recommend heading to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant just a few steps from the front door of your condo. Not only do you not have to worry about a designated driver since you can walk here, but we know you are going to love the live music every single night, fun dancing, fresh seafood appetizers, and strong drinks! Other things to do in the local area that are more geared towards family vacations include the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum to soothe curious minds, Go Karts for some adrenaline junkies, and Pier Park for shopping and eating an ice cream on a hot day.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
