Guests will have private access to the entire top level of the house and backyard fully. We live in the bottom unit, and you can message us if anything is needed. Your comfort and privacy is very important and we want you to feel right at home. There is keyless entry for easy access and check-in.

We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a very quiet street. There is lots of parking available in the driveway (room for 2-3 cars) and lots of street parking available as well.

Security Deposit - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, nothing missing, or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

For your safety and awareness, there is one exterior security camera located at the front of the home. It is used for security purposes only.
