Sugar Beach has an on-site laundry for taking care of any laundry needs you may have. Your condo also has a full size washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron are provided. Sugar Beach is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. The awesome beachfront pool with a large sunning deck has plenty of chairs. Sugar Beach has so many great amenities on property. This is a gated community that is family friendly. Bring your tennis rackets and get in a game on one of the two tennis courts. The tennis courts are set up for pickleball, too. There's also a shuffleboard court and a grilling area adjacent to the large beach side pool. Head over to the community club house to play a game of ping-pong, watch TV with all your new friends or hang out and “surf” by the surf with the free WiFi. The club house features a full kitchen, too.

Parking is limited to two spaces per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass. Parking is NOT INCLUDED in your reservation due to condo association rules. As of August 2025, the parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle and $100.00 per trailer. Fees are subject to change without notice so, please check the registration website you receive with your check in instructions for current rates. Please do not register pets on the parking site, this unit does not allow pets.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No smoking or vaping inside condo. No parties or loud behavior is allowed. Parents must supervise their children at all times.
