The first level features three beautifully appointed bedrooms (a master, a queen, and full-over-full bunks) each with its own en-suite bathroom, along with a dedicated laundry room equipped with two washers and dryers for ultimate convenience. Step outside to a private patio with a BBQ grill, a porch swing, and dining area, ideal for gatherings. You will also find a deck box stocked with beach supplies and an outdoor shower for your return from a day of fun.
