We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect for our group of 9 people and the bunk room was perfect for the group of boys we had with us! The tram service from the community was a bit useless - but that might have just been our effort with it. The ONLY downside to this stay was the beach access - too many people too small of space - but the house was lovely and the area our kids hopped on bikes and took off everywhere which they loved. We will be back but maybe in in the off season!

Here’s my VRBO review:We recently stayed at this spacious home and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The house itself is great for larger families or groups, with a variety of sleeping options and convenient en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. The rooftop patio was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings, and the location can’t be beat—just a short walk to the private beach, shops, and restaurants. The community pool is also a nice amenity, though it does tend to get very crowded.A few things to note: The neighborhood security is extremely strict, so be careful not to hang towels outside or park in the wrong spot, even briefly. Unfortunately, the cleaning service left a lot to be desired; we found dead insects and leftover hair in the showers upon arrival. Also, the unit doesn’t come with extra essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, or paper towels, so be sure to bring your own.Also, the title on the house is misleading as it includes tennis courts & pickleball. Guests do NOT have access to the pickleball courts and the athletic director of the complex was extremely rude to our group of 4 who were playing at the courts. Overall, the house has a lot to offer, especially for groups, but a few improvements in cleanliness and hospitality would make the stay even better.

Beautiful Oasis

The property was amazing. Definitely exceeded my expectations. It was very clean. The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was large enough for the community. My kids enjoyed swimming there. The bathrooms at the pool area could have been cleaner. The negative impact was my experience on the tram. The tram process isn’t streamlined. When you call to be picked up from the beach there isn’t any order. The tram arrives and people jump on. I think the tram driver should say I’m picking up a party of x then allow others to fill in. The process was chaotic. My family called to be picked up and had waited awhile. I saw two empty rows on the tram so I told my kids to take a row and I’ll wait for the next one. A man verbally assaulted me saying his family of 9 had been waiting. First; no one knows who called first or second. Second; why would we let the tram leave without being filled to capacity. The guy continued to yell at me. He and his family ended up taking the next tram and my mom who is fair skin ended up on that tram. That family and the tram driver said I probably spent all of my money to come on this trip and was angry and miserable which made my mom uncomfortable. The only reason I’m not rating this a perfect is the tram driver engaged in the conversation. I can’t control other families and let’s face it I will experience racism daily because I’m Black. However, I don’t expect an employee of the property to treat my family this way.

Charming, comfy home in an excellent neighborhood

Our stay was absolutely spectacular! The location was ideal in Seacrest Beach, as it was between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, and we checked out both areas with ease. The beach was a short 7 minute walk or tram ride, and the white sands and blue/green water were so picturesque. The property also had a pool, which looked nice, although we didn’t personally use it because the water was a bit chilly for our taste. The clean home itself was so comfortable, cozy, and tastefully decorated, packed with the perfect amount of linens, bath and beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Although we just traveled with our immediate family of four, this home can easily and comfortably host many more people. We loved the balconies off of most of the bedrooms, especially the third floor balcony which provided gulf views and a large gathering space with a sectional couch and table. Additionally, the 4 provided bikes allowed us an awesome opportunity to further explore the location and what it had to offer. If you have any questions, the property management company was kind, timely, and accessible. We would definitely stay here again!
