Rest, relax, and forget your worries in this recently renovated condo with 100% new top-end appliances, extremely well appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, and spacious (1380 sq feet) retreat. Located on the 17th floor - you have a gorgeous panoramic Gulf View from both the family room and the master bedroom.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Guests will not be allowed on property if there is not someone 25 or older with them at the time of their arrival.

This vacation rental features:
Primary Bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bath (Sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom with two queen-sized beds (Sleeps 4)
Sofa Bed in the living room area (Sleeps 2)

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) (We also own another unit in this building; so, if you are trying to accommodate a large group, you might consider renting both 1702 and 1710.)

The newly renovated luxurious condo has an elegant beach theme throughout with beautiful furnishings, tile as well as hardwood floors throughout, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new kitchen cabinets, granite and marble counter tops, wine refrigerator, and large comfortable rooms. We have a highchair as well as a pack-and-play in the unit for guest use. Please bring your own sheet for the pack-and-play, as we do not provide them.

Relax in comfort in the gracefully furnished family room while viewing gorgeous sunsets, watching glistening emerald-green Gulf, and listening to waves gently washing onto the sugar white beaches. Some of the amenities include a large HD TV with Blu-Ray DVD, Sound Bar with Blue Tooth capability, and free private Wi-Fi.

With a full view of the Gulf, sleep in the luxuriously appointed master bedroom furnished with a comfortable king size bed, ceiling fan, a large Samsung HD TV, Blu-Ray DVD, and with a private bathroom outfitted with a garden tub, separate shower, and a beautiful marble vanity with double sinks. Store your personal items in a large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom is beautifully appointed with 2 comfortable queen size beds, a ceiling fan, large Samsung HD TV, Blu-Ray DVD, and direct access to the beautiful second bathroom.

Prepare meals in the spacious kitchen with plenty of newly renovated cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless-steel appliances, with seating for 4-5 people at the counter, with all amenities ranging from a 6-bottle wine cooler and blender to top-end cutlery and flatware. Enjoy your meals while sitting in the comfortable dining room that seats 6 people with open views of the family room, kitchen, and the beautiful Gulf.

For your convenience, the Condo comes with a large utility room equipped with a large new capacity washer and dryer and many other conveniences.

Access the large balcony with comfortable seating for 4 from both the family room and the master bedroom and enjoy your morning coffee and your evening drinks while taking in the spectacular view of the emerald-green Gulf.

Alcohol is not permitted on the pool deck during the month of March.

The fitness center is privately owned and is not an amenity for guests.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). During the month of March guests are not permitted to bring visitors on property.
