The bright kitchen, complete with standard appliances, cookware, and casual barstool seating, is perfect for everything from brewing morning coffee to preparing picnic-style lunches for the beach and family-style dinners.

This home sleeps up to 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a convertible sleeper sofa in the living area.

We Made it Work.

When we arrived, we found the place smelly and sandy.We can understand the sand as the condo is right on beach. However one of the beds was covered in sand. We had to strip the sheets ourselves and wash it. The place comes with an in unit washer and dryer, but does not supply laundry detergent.The smell, we found, came from the dining area. The table has an extension that opens up and it was covered in yellow, sticky residue. We could not find cleaning supplies in the condo either.I received a message on VRBO as well as 2 text messages welcoming us. I replied to one of the text message chains, as they requested I do, about the bed sheets, table, and lack of detergent and cleaning supplies. I even sent a photo. They ignored the bed sheet and detergent issue and claimed the table was simply just staining and wear. They told us that they didn't have a cleaning team available because of the holiday, which is understandable. I replied that the yellow was definitely not wear and tear and requested cleaning supplies so we could clean it ourselves. It took them 4 hours to drop off supplies that did nothing to clean the residue. So I chatted with someone on VRBO and the next day, Steve came by to clean up what we couldn't and give us some detergent. Thanks Steve! The smell still lingered for the rest of our stay, though.I appreciate Steve, but we had to buy our own detergent and cleaning supplies to make our stay work before he came.

Family Vacation 2025!

This was my first time using VRBO. I was very hesitant at first. I finally just said let's give it a try. Booking was easy, emails provided all information needed, and owner was super easy to contact. Owner answered all questions asked at any time. The unit was perfect for my family. My dad is disabled and recently had hip replacement surgery. We were able to park right infront of the condo door. The walk in shower and downstairs bedroom made his stay so much easier. Everything we needed was provided. We washed clothes all week which helps keep messes down. Location is perfect and easy to access. I would definitely book this unit again.

Overall nice unit

Overall the unit was nice and we like the location; however, it could use a deep clean and some attention to a few cosmetic issues including replacing the stained sofas. The coffee maker quit worker during our stay but the property manager promptly replaced it (within an hour of notice). Definitely has potential be an awesome unit!
