When i booked my stay it said that umbrella and chairs were available with my stay. After i booked it, i received a contract to be signed.After i signed it i received another email stating that umbrella and chairs were not part of the stay. There were 8 of us staying in the apartment and only got 2 trash bags, when i asked for additional bags they stated that they only provide 2 trash bags per stay. We stayed 4 nights.

The condo is spacious and right on the beach. This is our first time to stay in a condo, we normally rent a house. The elevator situation is slow, so thank goodness we were ground floor. It was nice to be able to take the kids for ice cream and to get Starbucks and adult beverages on the property. We had an amazing time. We even took advantage of the free golf.

Spring break stay

It was good. The only thing I would complain about was the noise we could hear from the bedrooms. We were right next to the lobby, which was great for some things, but not when it came time to sleep. We kept hearing groups of people coming and going super loud all through the night. There was a lot of 18-25 year olds staying in our condo building and it was a little rowdy because of it. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Great place to stay . Right on the beach , 2 pools and a bar at one of them and just steps away from the ocean. Only bad thing about this hotel is the elevators but with this room no elevators needed which is a plus !

We throughly enjoyed the convenance of this room!

With little ones this condo was a dream! Right on the bottom floor beside the pull in and unload spot at front of hotel. No elevators, long walks to/from vehicle and being able to walk 10 steps to the beach made coming in for naps and snacks super easy! + the air conditioning really cooled the place down! We’ll be staying here again!

Awesome place and access

clean and neat place with very friendly staff. will definitely come here next year. access to the beach is only a step away. very safe and quite. love the view from the living room and the balcony. Only thing i missed was the highspeed internet as the internet here is still in 2022 :-)

We had to wait on cleaning to be done etra 40min. No mopping..We had rocks thrown from rooms above which almost hit me then 5mins. Following rock thrown from above rooms almost hitting a young man walking by. Security had to get involved than 2hours the room right above us a young lady emptied a cooler from above down on my niece sitting below. We had a young boy walk right pass us to enter our Condo & said he thought it was elevator entrance. It was overwhelming .

My stay here at Tidewater was AMAZING!! Everything was perfect. The condo is bright, vibrant, clean, and even has a little bonus bunk room WITH A BATHROOM for the kids. The view from the patio is Stunning, we sat out there for hours and hours everyday of our stay just looking at the 🌊.

Perfect spot!

Very convenient to beach and pool. Did not have to use elevators. Only a couple of problems. Being on bottom floor it is very noisy, people throw things from upper balconies and the sliding glass door takes 3 people to open. Other than that it was a great vacay. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location

At first I was a bit skeptical being on the ground floor and worried about traffic of people walking by to get to the beach. But, quickly realized it was the best location with the easiest and quickest access to the gate to the beach. Condo was perfect. Everything we needed and nicely decorated! Thank you!

Weekend getaway

The condo was cozy. The couch and carpet and curtains need some attention but overall it was a very peaceful quiet weekend. The unit is on the ground floor which I loved however everyone walking to the beach passes by your doors facing the beach to get there. If you have any quirks about people looking in your condo you would have to keep the curtains closed all the time. The convenience of not having to use the elevators constantly was worth it to us. I would definitely stay here again.

Ground Floor a plus!!

Being on the ground floor was awesome. No waiting for the elevator!! The carpet in all rooms were pretty stained and dirty looking
 The couches were pretty stained too!! Maybe the carpets need to be replaced with tile or hardwoods. The unit definitely needs some updating.

Beach Level Condo was perfect for us!

This was perfect for our group! We had 4 adults and an 8 and 3 year old kids so being on the ground level was the best! PCB is just so pretty! Was thrilled that the office had been replaced with built in bunkbeds, the kids loved them!

My complaints are the carpets in the living room and bedrooms were disgusting, the floors were dirty.We could not walk on it barefoot. The curtains in the living room were dirty, they were white but was black at the bottom from not being cleaned. They have a white chaircwith an ottoman andxit was dirty. The kitchen had no bowls to eat in and no containers to store left over food in. Overall the unit needs some good cleaning and updating a little. Definitely need new shower heads in the shower.

We always book units on ground level for the ease of walking right out the door onto the boardwalk to access the beach and to avoid elevators. This unit more than exceeded our expectations. It has beautiful views of the beach (which is sometimes rare with ground level units), it's very nicely furnished, bright and airy, clean, spacious, has vaulted ceilings in the main living area and the 3rd bathroom was a plus for 4 of us. The communication by Four Star management was terrific. They reached out prior to arrival giving instructions for check in. They reached out during our stay to inform us there were inoperable outlets in the kitchen and gave us the option to have them fixed during our stay or to wait until after we departed. Security at the resort is impressive. We highly recommend this particular unit.

Great ground level beach front condo

This was a great place to stay! There were 3 of us gals and we each had our own bathroom! Tidewater is in a great location! It has two great pools and easy access to the beach! We would definitely stay there again!
