Construction Update â Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.
At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.
We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normalâand ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

This beautiful, recently updated, Gulf front rental is truly a coastal oasis sure to impress! This rental offers a well-appointed kitchen, open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking beach views, which makes it the perfect place to wind down after a day in the sun. The living room features tile floors with a brand new leather, reclining sofa and large flat screen TV. The kitchen has been renovated with new counter tops, backsplash, and large, updated Stainless Steel appliances. The bedroom offers woodlook flooring, a king size bed, flat screen tv, and expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has also been renovated with new countertops and a large, amazing walk in shower! The private balcony has plenty of seating and privacy. The best part of all is the floor to ceiling glass windows that are in both the bedroom and the living room. There's no bad view in the whole unit!!
The resort offers a fitness room, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and grilling area for you to enjoy.

Less than one mile away, you will find some of the best family-friendly attractions in the area such as Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Pineapple Willie's. You can find the St. Andrews State Park five miles southeast, which can provide entertainment to every member of your family.
