Perfect girls getaway

Mostly updated. Some weird little things haven’t been updated and are dated/yellow but it didn’t affect our stay. Some of the electrical outlets are worn/loose/won’t hold a plug. But overall, it is a great condo. Perfect layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable. Bedrooms are a decent size. Nice little laundry closet so we were able to have fresh beach towels every day. Great view of pools, beach, and gulf from the balcony. The beach service is amazing
..the guys running it are super friendly and accommodating.It was so nice to not have to haul chairs and umbrellas back and forth.

Nice but needs a few updates

This room was nice, but needs a few updates. Regency towers needs an update as well. I’ve stayed here before. The room is larger than other condos, so that’s a plus! Pools were nice.

They have 2 large pools, a snack bar with very reasonable prices. They had lots of security guards that always confirmed your stay before they opened the gate. Quality of the bedding could be better. The sheets were rough. Our refrigerator didn’t work and they quickly brought us a very small loaner and assured us they would take care of it the next day however we didn’t get a replacement until 5 days later which was useless at that point we were leaving the next day

Pure bliss

I have visited Panama City once a year for the past several years. This condo was my absolute favorite stay so far. It had everything you'd need, it was very clean and quiet. Bikini bibs located at the pools was very convenient! You could see more wildlife in the water than you could other places since it's not a busy area!! Super close to st. Andrews! And the beach chairs and umbrella services was very handy!!! Thank you!!!

Spring Break

My friends and I (all 21+) stayed here for our spring break! It was a great location and so nice to have easy beach access. We are a chill group that just wanted to relax so this was perfect. There were a lot of families but that didn't bother us. Drinks at the bar was great and the apartment was very clean!

Great location but really rough around the edges.

Good location with fantastic view of the ocean. Older complex with decent pool area. Condo was very dated and really rough around the edges. Major mechanicals worked, but lots of minor repairs and updates needed. Hard services were clean, but the rug in the bedroom and fabric on the couch were gross. TV set up in the master was embarrassing.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. the property staff was very helpful and friendly. It was so nice having a bar and grill at the pool. The property also has grills at both ends of the condo units that we used several times. We definitely want to return to the Regency Towers.

This was our absolute favorite place to stay. Nice, clean, and roomy condo. The location is perfect. AMAZING view! Big pools, and tiki bar with good food. Not as crowded on our side of town but easy to where you want to go. I will be booking again.

Needs to be updated and cleaned

I would hire a new cleaning company and update some things. There was mold in the primary shower that I cleaned upon arrival. Wasn’t difficult to get out so if it was being cleaned correctly it wouldn’t be there. Also mold at the baseboard near the tub. On most of the outlets in the condo, only 1 plug works on the outlet and most are loose. And all the light switches and fire alarm are yellow, those need to be updated. The refrigerator and washing machine both leak. Had to clean up the water daily in the fridge. In 2nd bedroom, bed closest to window is hard as a rock, other bed was perfect. The master bed makes all kinds of noises when you try to move or roll over, it’s annoying. Neither bedrooms have overhead lights on the fans, just lamps. The curtains in the master need to be changed to black out panels. They are white now and do not block out any sun so your room is very bright at 5:30am. The rug on the balcony is disgusting, like it’s never been cleaned, swept, or vacuumed. Again, not cleaned well. There are lots of things that could be updated in this condo especially for the price you are paying. The view from the patio is 
..amazing!

We stayed in 510. Only complaints are no trash bags or toilet paper, hair blow dryer etc Other than the mentioned above our place was great.

Nice but beware if you have allergies

Upon our arrival we were pleased with the condo itself as the property is a bit dated. We immediately noticed the smell of cigarette and Marijuana smoke in the unit. These smells continued for our entire stay, causing allergy flare ups for a few of us. The condo was well represented by the ad. Beds slept well but are obnoxiously sqeaky, and will wake you with every move. The refrigerator continued to leak water into the kitchen floor on and off during our stay. While looking thru the condo we discovered the closet where the air return is and I have to say it was absolutely the most disgusting filth and air filter I have ever seen in a rental. I called and reported this and the refrigerator and noone ever showed up to view either of them. I have to say we were extremely happy with the complex itself and will definitely stay at Regency again. , just don't think we would rent thus particular condo again due to the smell.

Dated building and condo. Everything someone needs yes but just dated. Nasty air vents walking up to the front door. Ceiling fans dirty. Door lock was all jacked up. Had to call maintenance and he fixed it. Room reeked of Pot smell every single day, went to front office but nothing they could do so we bought candles. Kids at the pool all night long. Music til 2 am. I had to call the front office. Good beds. Very comfy. Kitchen was adequate. Beach service was awesome. One outdoor beach chair was already broken but we used the other two and they were fine. Doubt we will go back to the Regency Towers.

Perfect for the fam

Perfect 2br/2ba with pull out couch. The condo is a little older and slightly outdated, but clean and a good deal. Love that it comes with beach chair rental paid. Good location. Great pool with bar/affordable good food and activities like karaoke. Dollar General is across the road for all those things that you need last minute.

Condo is in serious need of upgrades and maintenance. Refrigerator leaked bad. Master bath shower head missing. 2nd bathroom shower curtain rod was rusty and nasty. Both bathroom ceilings had black mold or something growing on it. Balcony door had no lock on it. As much as we paid to rent condo, wouldn't hurt if owner could do some maintenance on condo.

Wonderful place

This property was perfect for our family. Perfect views and the facility is well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was comfortable and clean. The property manager was very prompt when inquiring about small things and the condo staff members were so kind and helpful. This is an older condo but there have been some renovations and updates to make it feel more modern. There are still a few minor cosmetic updates that could stand to be done but that is not something that bothers me as I am there for the beach. I highly recommend this condo for a beautiful beach getaway!
