Welcome to “Meet Me By The Ocean” - our 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home with private, heated pool in Inlet Beach.

LOCATION:

“Meet Me By The Ocean” is located within Lakeside in Inlet Beach. This pristine, gated neighborhood offers guests the chance to enjoy the best of both oceanside and lakeside vacations with it being less than a mile to the Inlet Beach access points, and offering direct access to Lake Powell from the community dock less than 150 yards away.

This community features a secluded and quiet outdoor pool with restrooms and seating. You will be in extremely close proximity to a great selection of boutique, upscale shopping/dining options at 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach - Amici, Cuvee, La Crema, Donut Hole, Big Bad Breakfast, Willow Boutique, and many more. The home is also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park, as well as being only a 20-minute drive from Northwest Florida Beaches (ECP) International Airport. The newly-constructed underpass at the corner of the 30A and Highway 98 has now officially opened, allowing easy bike/pedestrian access to the beach.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

This newly-finished, single-level home has been robustly stocked and expertly designed to offer an elevated experience for your next vacation. The home is comprised of five bedrooms - two queen rooms off the main entrance way that share a full bathroom, a king room that shares another full bathroom with the home's bunk room (four custom-built twin beds), and a massive guest suite. This suite overlooks the backyard/pool area and comes with a king bed, a large private bathroom with a large standalone soaking tub, a split double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet with its own full-size washer and dryer.

The home offers both indoor and outdoor living areas, with ample seating and large smart TVs that come fully equipped with premium streaming services through the home's FuboTV account.

The dining area is provisioned with a large banquet-style table with seating for eight, but can be expanded by adding the provided table leaf. The breakfast bar seating at the home's kitchen island comfortably seats an additional four guests.

The open concept kitchen is replete with all of the premium appliances and utensils you'll need for a gourmet dining experience - stainless steel fridge/freezer, oven, coffee makers (drip and Keurig), kettle, microwave, dishwasher, an oversize farmhouse sink, and many more. There is plenty of cooking room on the five-burner gas range as well as abundant utensils - there's even a full set of children's dinnerware and flatware.

You'll have access to a full-size laundry room as well as a hallway powder room. All bedrooms come with large flat-screen smart TVs.

The home's abundant outdoor space is not to be missed! The covered back porch comes with al fresco dining for twelve people, a ping pong table, a built-in grill/bar area with sink and mini fridge, a large *heated pool and sun deck, and a turfed back yard complete with bocce ball and corn hole. The backyard is fully fenced-in to offer peace of mind and privacy for parents. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower on the side of the home that makes rinsing off from a day at the beach a breeze.

*Pool heating available for an additional $50/day fee.

The home comes with a brand-new, electric six-seater golf cart, four adult beach cruisers, plenty of beach gear (a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, games, etc.), towels (including beach towels), board games, fresh linens, a pack-n-play, high chair, cutlery, umbrellas, cooking utensils, premium streaming, and even comes with a double stroller and booster seats! Parking for three vehicles between the home's private driveway and garage.

NOTE:

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.

The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.

No items may be attached or hung from the walls. This home's walls are venetian plaster, and as such are delicate, easily damaged with tape or other types of adhesive, and costly to repair.

Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.

Amazing spring break stay

This house and stay was a 10/10 for our two families spending spring break on 30A. The house was brand new and immaculate. We had tons of space for 6 kids and 4 adults to be comfortable for the week.The heated pool was awesome. The whole outdoor space had something for everyone- ping pong, swimming, bags, outdoor grill & fridge, large seating area and outdoor TV. The house is behind the highway, but the bikes and golf cart provided made getting to the beach and towns easy. We’d love to stay again, great spot!!

One of our favorite places !!

This house was amazing !! The detail between the house and the backyard is second to none . The pool table got lots of use along with the heated pool. We didn’t even need to leave to have a great time . The golf cart to take to the beach and the amenities the owners provided made our stay easy and stress free! Communication with the property managers was quick and easy as well! Will totally be back !! Thank you!

Amazing Stay!!!

We traveled to 30A for a friend/family get together. This house was perfect for our stay! We had 9 adults and an infant. The bedroom setup allowed for a variety of sleeping arrangements. The owner provided a pack & play as well as a high chair for the little one. My only suggestion would be to bring a car seat for the golf cart. The backyard was our little haven all week!! We swam each day (I would suggest heating the pool for your stay), played lots of ping pong, played board games on the outside table, enjoyed meals in the beautiful weather & grilled food for our meals in! The home was very clean with nice, new kitchen cookware, a full use kitchen & filtered water from the fridge. The bikes were our favorite part of each morning as we would ride to get coffee/brunch and just enjoy the beautiful area and fun neighborhoods. Also the golf cart is a game changer! If you have more than 6 guests, a rental car may be helpful but we did not have one and it worked out just fine!
