The house is in a great location and offers plenty of space, but there are quite a few stairs to be aware of. Upon arrival, there was a faint cigarette odorânot overwhelming, but noticeable. While the home was generally clean, some of the rugs did have visible stains.The biggest disappointment was with the heated pool and hot tub. We paid for heating but were not informed that both are on a timer and only turn on in the evening. Because of this, we were unable to use the pool during the day, even though temperatures were in the 60s. When the hot tub finally did turn on, it was too hot to comfortably use.We reached out to the management company and were told a manager would follow up, but we never received a response. Additionally, we couldnât adjust the thermostat in the house, which made it uncomfortably cold at times, and there were limited extra blankets available.Overall, while the home has potential due to its size and location, the lack of communication and control over key amenities made the stay less enjoyable.
