Come stay right on the beach in Pelican Walk 312! 3 Bed - 2 Bath FAMILY & PET Friendly condo located Beach Front featuring a Kid's "BUNK" Room! Perfect vacation rental in Panama City Beach for Families!

Pelican Walk 312 is a spacious 1550 square foot condo that has been fully renovated! This FAMILY & Pet Friendly condo comes with FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service on the beach seasonally March through October. AND, you can even bring FIDO, your furry family member!

The spacious open concept floor plan features floor to ceiling windows with VIEWS of the west side pool, beach, and Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, dining, and living room! Unique to Pelican Walk 312 is the Kid's "BUNK" Room featuring TWO sets of Bunk beds. The Bunk beds are both Twin over Full bunk beds, with stairs to the top bunks. And, one Bunk even has a full size trundle bed. The Kids Bunk room has a total of 3 full size mattresses and 2 twin mattresses and sleeps up to 8 kids! *Age Restriction for the TOP bunk: We recommending that only children over the age of six use the top bunk.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a private balcony, an adjoining private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed with an adjoining bathroom. This condo can sleep up to 12 guests! The 270 square foot wrap-around balcony is a wonderful space to gather, watch the kids play in the pool, or just take in the Gulf view! The kitchen has been completely remodeled and is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook for the family. And, there is a washer and dryer in the condo! The dining table seats eight people and the breakfast bar area seats four.

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, family fun, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, shell island shuttle, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius!

Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: FREE parking, FREE Wi-Fi, private beach access with beach service, two (2) beach side swimming pools- west side pool heated October through April, hot tub, sauna, tennis & pickle ball courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and has a 20 pound weight limit per dog. *Pet fee is $150 per pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association.

Location was Great and the over all environment was friendly, out going, just nice feel. We took our 2 5 month old pups on their 1st Beach trip and it was great.

Even though only one elevator was in operation, it was not that bad getting up and down. Having beach chairs to go with the room was nice. Parking was not an issue, better than most places I have stayed. Mother nature was not kind, it rained for 4 days, but we made the best of it. Better beach access for the handicap would be nice.

We loved that it was a very pet friendly property. Pickle ball courts and pool table was fun options for evenings. Our only concerns were maintenance came 3 separate times to fix issues with the unit reported before our stay. The last time he turned the water off to the dishwasher & forgot to turn it back on. Also we were not aware the elevator on our end was out of order until August when we booked. My mother is on oxygen and stairs aren’t an option and this unit was the furthest away from the working elevator. That elevator was fast at least. Condo is set back so you can only see the beach directly in front of you & not up the shore. We would still stay again after issues are resolved because a min view is worth the space and having our fur baby. Property management were very kind.

A few minor issues like water spots on ceiling, dresser drawers broken, leaky faucet in bathroom and kitchen, no drain plug in one tub and the freezer seal was broken on the refrigerator. All in all not too bad. Did have a water main break but that was corrected very quickly. Very easy to get there, get in and enjoy! Excellent location, right on the beach!! Office workers and all staff were very friendly and polite. We had a fantastic time! Would definitely stay there again!
