Interaction:
No front desk service, no daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service. This is a privately owned place, not a hotel. Should you need anything at all during your stay or find that anything needs attention please let us know.

Getting Around:
Car, Bike, or Walk everywhere. Rent a golf cart or scooter for extra fun, just know they aren't allowed in our parking garage.

Resort Parking & Wristbands:
Your parking pass will be in the unit and will need to be placed in your vehicle as soon as possible upon arrival. We provide 2 parking passes only and are not authorized more than 2. One parking pass is valid for the main parking garage, and the other parking pass is for overflow parking. You may park both vehicles in the parking garage while you unload, and then the 2nd vehicle will need to be moved to overflow parking (the large open parking lot right next to the building). We are only authorized 6 wristbands for our unit, and we can not obtain any more. These wristbands can not be removed once tightened!!! I would recommend you just carry them with you or don't tighten them as they can not be removed! Guests under 10 years old are not required to wear a wristband!

Origin Beach Resort is a beautiful resort that is focused on hosting lovely families. Property Security for noise, quiet hours, pool/spa rules, garage parking, wristbands & smoking of any kind is strictly enforced. Come for a great time and enjoy this beautiful property. Please know that any rowdy crowds or rule-breakers will not be tolerated and may be subject to immediate eviction.
