Great location to beach and restaurants. Easy to walk to everything. The only complaint I have is the furniture, rugs, etc. could really use a deep clean or replacing. Things like showers and counter tops were clean but the sofa, chairs and rugs were extremely dirty, we put blankets down to sit on them.

Mom and Daughter weekend

Came for a weekend away with my daughter. we loved the condo decor, It's so bright and cherry and fun. The location is excellent. There are shops and restaurants right out your door and you are a 5 minute walk to Rosemary beach town center. We loved sitting on the patio in the evening with a beverage listening to the live music below. We would definitely book here again.

Great Location

The location allowed us to park our car upon arrival and not use it again until we left. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and anything else we needed. We enjoyed the nightly live music from the balcony.

Great rental property - know the rules before you go!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Top Shelf! The place was cute and very walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped to do any cooking we wanted to and the grills/pool access was great! Our only complaint (which is outside of their control) is that the area of beach that this unit has access to is very small and in peak times made it very hard to enjoy the beach because it was so crowded. The Seacrest beach area also has many rules that make traveling with an infant difficult including no beach wagons or anything with wheels, no tents or canopies (umbrella only) etc. Definitely know the rules before you go because it made logistics with an infant considerably more difficult given our limited equipment. Shuttle access is nice but you are stuck sometimes waiting 20 min each way if it's crowded. Again - all things the rental can't control but good to know before you spend the $$

Great location, poor communication

This condo is nicely renovated and in a great location. With that said, my husband left some clothing in the dryer by accident when we checked out. The check out time is 9 am when most others in the region are 10 am so we were rushing out the door. He realized the same day and has made several attempts since that day to contact the property manager and has not received any response. There were $300 worth of brand new athletic wear in the dryer. With so many choices in the area, we wouldn’t rent here again due to the complete lack of response.

Summervacay!

Cute condo! Perfect location to beach, shops, restaurant! Had a probkem with the air condtioner and the rental manager was on it right away! Only thing is make sure and close the curtains, the afternoon shines straight in and the condo got really hot! And master bedroom stayed warmer then rest of rooms, but we just added extra fan in there and it was fine!

Rat infested property and scammers for property managers

The location was less than ideal. Loud music until 10pm at night every single night. Loud teenagers running around and yelling at night. The walk to the shark infested waters was a doozy. If you wait for the tram, plan for a 20-30 minute wait each direction. Our family witnessed a shark attack where two little girls almost died at this beach access. We asked the property management about alternate access points and they did not respond. This was pretty normal as the property management also ignored my five emails for three weeks prior to our arrival to the point that I was not sure if our reservation was still standing. There were rats on the patio, the entire patio was covered in rat poop, there was even some rat poop inside the unit, under the couches and the credenza. Once we checked out the management tried to accuse us of bringing a pet because they had so much rat poop. They will also scam you for wristbands, we left our wristbands on the counter in a bowl provided and the PM messaged me saying only half were there and then charged my card $200 when I let them know that we left the wristbands. They require a time stamped photo even though there is nothing about a time stamped photo in the contract. Beware of this property management company. Terrible service, rude interactions and at the end of a traumatizing trip, they stole money and accused me of lying. Do not spend your money here, there are many more accommodations that will not scam you.

Cute Place

We enjoyed our stay at Top Shelf. The condo is very cute and roomy. We liked having access to the shuttle service. Unfortunately, the internet was completely out for over half of our stay, which meant no TV. Side note: The condo has a sand wagon on the balcony. We tried to take it to the beach but were turned away due to the “no wagon” rule of which we were unaware. We were also surprised by the large metal shipping container overflowing with trash beneath the balcony in the circle drive. Overall, it was a good stay, but I wish the internet issue could have been handled before we left.

Home away home

We stayed at this place for family vacation. The location cannot be better. It’s close to all restaurants and stores including bike rental place (don’t forget to use secret code for discount, which I totally forgot about). The beach is only two short block walk. The condo had all we needed even beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler backpack for snacks, and wagon! All rooms are so well decorated and we enjoyed so much. There were puzzles and small chess games. The beds are comfortable. Hayden, the property manager was very responsive and reasonable to accommodate our request/questions. Strongly recommended!

Wonderful

We had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful, amazing location, easy access to beach with the tram, and our kids loved the pool and hot tub! We loved the little shops downstairs, having easy access to bike rental, and listening to the live music in the evenings. Would highly recommend this property and we look forward to hopefully staying here again.

Beautiful condo!

My college age daughter and I decided to spend a few nights in this location. This condo is newly renovated and is absolutely gorgeous! The location was perfect for getting to the beach easily, restaurants in Rosemary were a block away and we could enjoy music while sitting on the balcony from the lawn below us. It was a perfect, quick getaway.

Perfection!

Crisp, clean, beautifully decorated. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and beach access. The balcony was perfect for listening to live music at night and seeing ocean views while enjoying breakfast in the morning. Parking was convenient as well.
