Welcome to CC's By the Sea!! The Celadon Beach Resort, Unit #1003, is located on the much-desired west end of PCB. We purchased CC’s in 2020 as part of our retirement dream and have designed it to feel like a stress-free retreat that is relaxing as your own home.

Living just minutes away and managing the property ourselves, we’re able to provide you with the best possible experience and service. We are truly excited to share our space with you and your family!

Being the last high rise on the west end of PCB, we have less crowded beaches by day and less traffic by evening for exploring. Our 10th floor unit offers stunning gulf front unobstructed sunset views while being in close proximity to the best shopping, eating, outdoor recreation and family entertainment that Panama City Beach has to offer.

The Details:

This freshly renovated 10th floor unit comfortably sleeps six with one bedroom, two bathrooms and a bunk area – making it an ideal place for a romantic getaway or a beach trip with family or close friends. With newly installed luxury vinyl floors, marble kitchen countertops, new furnishings and beautiful plantation style shutters, our unit is by far one of the nicest units in the resort.

The Master Bedroom features a new king size Serta mattress with 3" hypoallergenic mattress topper. The first full bathroom is privately attached to the Master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. The bunk area is located in the hallway and sleeps two. Both twin mattresses are fitted with a 3" hypoallergenic down alternative pillow topper. The second bathroom, with walk in shower, is conveniently located across from the bunks and near the main living area. Both showers have hand held shower heads for easier clean up with little ones. A laundry closet is off the hallway with stackable full-size washer and dryer.

The Main Living Area has a 70" LED Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+ capability and many more. There’s plenty of seating for six, a queen-sized sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress and most importantly a balcony with table and seating area perfect for watching sunsets.

Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for staying in to cook with new marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, built in microwave, toaster, Keurig and regular coffee maker. A large dining table and kitchen bar offer plenty of seating for dinning in.

As a safety precaution due to different families frequently in and out of the unit, we’ve added a UV light air purifier to the AC/heat system which treats the air inside the entire unit.

Things to know:

• 3 Night minimum rental
• Check-in after 4:00PM, check out no later than 10:00AM
• You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. A photo ID is required prior to check-in.
• The Celedon has a NO SMOKING policy. This is enforced at ALL areas of the resort including unit balconies. There is a designated smoking area on site.
• A $45 dollar parking pass is required at the resort for on-site parking that will cover your entire stay.
• We ask that guests remember to treat the unit and neighbors with respect. Many people here in the complex are full-time residents.
• While we do have some amenities geared towards little ones, our property is not entirely “baby-proofed”. You are responsible for ensuring your child’s safety, especially around the water.
• We have a zero-tolerance smoking and pet policy.
