Inside the Condo
The main level features a bright, open living space designed to maximize Gulf views. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for casual meals or relaxed evenings in. Step outside to the Gulf-front patio, where outdoor seating invites lingering mornings and sunset dinners.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, private Gulf-view balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities—your own peaceful escape above the shoreline. The second bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a double bed, twin bunk beds with a twin trundle, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor Living & Beach Access
Enjoy two private, Gulf-front outdoor spaces—one off the living room and one off the primary bedroom—both offering front-row views of the emerald water and sugar-white sand.

Located in the heart of 30A, Sea Shadows 7 sits in a quiet, low-density Gulf-front community of individually owned townhomes. Bike or stroll along 30A to reach nearby favorites for dining, shopping, and entertainment, all while enjoying a more peaceful beachfront setting than larger resorts.

-NEW: Your stay includes two complimentary beach chairs, a small table, and an umbrella, available to reserve through your welcome guide.
-There is one large parking spot for this property located right in front of the unit. The parking space is wide enough to typically fit 2 vehicles.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the unit or surrounding areas and will result in a $500 penalty.
-To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities for your first day only.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
-Please note this is a pet-free home.
-Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own for beach use.

In the heart of 30A in Seacrest Beach. This is unit 7 in a complex of individually owned townhomes right on the Gulf. It is a quiet and family friendly area where you can bike along 30 Avenue to your favorite restaurants, shops, and bars.

There is one large parking spot for this property located right in front of the unit. The parking space is wide enough to typically fit 2 vehicles.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

​​​​​​​- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. A clean, comfortable townhouse in a beautiful, beachfront location. It had everything we needed, including chairs and a beach umbrella included with the rental. Gorgeous views. Private beach. Our only complaint was that the hot water runs out very, VERY quickly. Even if only one person was showering, the hot water only lasted about 5 - 10 minutes, but everything else was great.

Pro’s: beach chairs & umbrella set up! That was a great nicety; thank you! The quick and easy access to the beach was amazing. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking. Kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking very easy.Con’s: Very poorly managed property! The townhome smelled horrible when we first walked in. I found a used cat litter box in the hot water heater closet. It had an air freshner in it (still laughing about this) and clumps of kitty poo everywhere. The vents had fabric softener sheets in them, so we certainly weren’t the first renters to investigate the mildew smells
 We invested in A LOT of air fresheners that week!Huge hornets nest on the patio above the outdoor shower
HUGE! Big bugs crawling on the indoor walls, too. Invest in pest control!!!!Upstairs patio lock was broke; no lock on the downstairs patio door. There was no way to lock our unit while we were on the beach. Storm door lock on the front was also broke. Curtains were all stained, dirty and gross. I’ll just leave it at that. This is a VERY overpriced rental for the poor condition it is in. Property mgt needs to step it up!!!!!

Dreamy family vacation location - simple beach home with unbeatable beachfront access.

Overall, our stay was good & the beach location was fantastic! Let's break it down:The Good: --beds & bedding were SO comfy. 2nd bdrm has a full, bunks & a trundle bed under the bunks.--house was freshly cleaned--beach is gorgeous & isn't too busy--view from master bdrm/balcony is spectacular. Watch the dolphins play & waves roll in. Needs a repaint.--chair service was a treat (two chairs, table, umbrella are included w/ rental)!--House was in decent shape - though needs a little love here & there. --comm. through VRBO app & the condo reps was relatively quick. The Bummers:--A/C out for 24 hours. Hard to sleep-no relief from heat that day. Reps through VRBO scheduled repair. Repaired. --wasted many hours to remedy the above issue. Rent & Relax did eventually agree to a small compensation as amends after I insisted.--kitchen items (utensils, baking dishes, etc) were dirty. Had to wash before use.--ice maker broken - no toasterPro Tips:--there are privately owned condos in this complex if you prefer dealing w/ a local person. A corporation seems to own this unit. Solving issues is much easier with local owners, as we witnessed w/ another family in our travel party.--2 box fans in master closet--vacuum is in 2nd bedroom closet--To add add'l chairs, umbrellas, tables, schedule a beach bonfire, rent body boards, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes - get in touch with Batten’s Beach Services. All right there on the beach.

We’d stay again

Overall the description was exactly as expected. Just need to update the outside furniture. It was of no use. Very rusted and dangerous if you have small children. We only had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in the master. Luckily, I’m prepared and brought extra with me. Access to the beach was great, and the view was perfect.

We had an amazing time making memories. With the amount that was paid I did expect so much more attention to a fresh & welcoming unit. Wonderful weekend

The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. Everything we needed for a great weekend. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything we needed including an air fryer. For some reason there was not a can opener and having bags in the bathroom trash cans would have been helpful for emptying them when we left. But other than that, it was terrific.

We love the location, quiet beach, walking distance to Rosemary beach and enjoying sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. The house has new appliances, but new paint and carpet may be needed soon. Beach towels were not provided. But we had a good time and enjoyed our very relaxing Thanksgiving week in this beach house!

Fall Break on the Gulf

We loved the condo. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. Terrific view on the decks and easily in walking or biking distance to Alys or Rosemary Beach. It was evident that the condo was recently renovated with new appliances and updated bathrooms. The carpet needs to be replaced but did not take away from the condo. We would definitely book again. It came with beach service which was awesome and the beach was never crowded. Loved our stay

Bait and Switch!

Two days before our trip we were sent the address for our rental. The property was 2 miles further than the map location on VRBO. We chose this property because of its proximity to Rosemary Beach. On VRBO, the distance was 0.1 miles to Rosemary (where our extended family would be staying). We wanted to be able to walk to Rosemary. Instead, we had to rent bikes for the week. A $400 added expense! When I called VRBO, I was told it was not that far and there was nothing they could do for me. I asked for a manager and after pushback, was told one would call me within 24hrs. 4 days later
.a manager left a voice mail with no call back number. Condo: Broken ice maker Curtains were sheer and we were up at 6am everyday due to the sun Roaches!!!!!
