"The Sunshine Shack" is the perfect place to getaway, relax, and enjoy one of the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches"!


The house is just 2 blocks from the Beach and adjacent to Beach Access #89. A short 3-minute walk and your toes will be in the sand! :)


"The Sunshine Shack" is a newly remodeled Panama City Beach house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great outdoor covered patio, and a private pool.

The house is a 3 min walk to beach and is the situated on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach only a 20 min drive from the Panama City Beach (ECP) airport. It's perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation with family or friends. Our beach is less crowded but still close to restaurants, grocery stores, and all the shopping and activities Panama City Beach has to offer.

Bright, spacious, and comfortable - the "Sunshine Shack" offers everything you need for your next beach vacation. The house has an open floor plan, comfortable furniture, kitchen appliances, full-size washer & dryer, smart TVs in living room & 2 bedrooms, new mattresses, bed & bath linens, in-ground, swimming pool, an outdoor grill, and covered patio with fans for drinks and dining.

You will find 1 king bedroom with a comfy sitting area, and a full bath. There are also 3 other generous bedrooms all appointed with queen beds and a shared full bathroom.

Just off the kitchen is an island with bar stool seating as well as an extended dining table that seats 8+. The spacious living room has 2 sofas, and 2 large, comfortable chairs, and TV. The adjacent hallway leads to the pool, covered patio, and gas grill located in the large, private fenced in backyard. The rectangular-shaped pool is surrounded by comfortable chaise lounge chairs providing a perfect oasis for swimming, sunning or reading!

We are located in Sunnyside near Kiska Beach with an easy 1.5 mile drive to the Publix or Winn-Dixie supermarkets. It's also just a short drive to Inlet/Rosemary Beach to the West or to Pier Park to the East. Both offer great dining, shopping, beach bars, boating, golf, tourist attractions, and a variety of activities.

Whatever your pleasure, "The Sunshine Shack" is the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy your next beachside vacation!

If I could give more stars, I would. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach. The house is spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. The back yard and pool area were perfect for our family. We will definitely be back to this property!

Great place for a beach stay!

Amy's place was the perfect place for our beach trip. Close enough to enjoy everything, but set in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the beach. Amazing Summer Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside. The beach access is a super close walk which we loved. The house has so much room and we loved the fenced in backyard with a private pool. We were able to grill out as well. The host, Amy, was an amazing host and was very easy to contact if we had any questions. The rooms and living area were very spacious. Great Family Vacation Home!

Family Vacation

The microwave was broke as soon as we got there. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was never repaired the televisions never worked and there are cameras mounted in the back yard situated on the pool which I am going to have a conversation with my attorney when I get home. Florida is a two party State and we were never notified about cameras at all. Just don’t think the value was there compared to other places we have stayed. Very disappointing!

Spring break getaway

We had such a great week at sunnyside! I traveled down there with 5 kids ranging in age from 9-17, and there was something for everyone. The pool was amazing and such a great hang out spot. We grilled out a few times and the kids played games in the yard and swam. The home is perfectly located close to the beach, and we loved the short walk over there. The host had amazing communication with me throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out! The kitchen is nice and big and had all of the appliances we could have wanted, the beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and hope to come back! Thank you for the great week!!

Sunshine Shack Getaway

House is spacious. Very nice pool area. Quiet neighborhood for sleeping. Not a lot of traffic makes it enjoyable for walking. Two blocks from beach access is great. House was clean and stocked with essential items. Close to grocery and other stores. We celebrated New Year’s Eve at Pier Park. Watching the 10,000 mini beach balls drop was fun. Working with Amy, the host was a very positive experience. She responded to questions quickly and gave numerous suggestions for activities around PCB. We would recommend this property to others and look forward to another stay in the future.

No Hurricane Is Gonna Ruin Our Vacation

It has taken me awhile to write this review because, in all honesty, I just didn't want the world to become aware of this gem! Great location in a quiet neighborhood and is truly just a two minute walk to the beach! The home is incredibly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. My entourage was comprised of 7 adults and 1 infant, and I don't recall anyone stumbling over another! The communication with the hostess was superb. So much so, that when Hurricane Idalia threatened - not so much the area, rather the drive down - she provided options to ensure that our vacation was safe as well as the trip down. I truly cannot express in words the relief from all family members knowing that none of us would be adversely impacted by thunderstorms and potential tornadoes. If you have a wagon, you might consider bringing it to tote things to the beach but understand that there are steps that take you from streetside to the beach. Also, there is a respectable grill about 1 block down and 1 block over that has good burgers but they only take cash! We had a wonderful trip albeit short but, like I said, this place is a gem!!! Quiet area

We had everything we needed in a great location! The public beach access #89 was directly across Front Beach Rd from the neighborhood, truly just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Amy was great to work with
we would definitely rent from her again. The house was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, we used the pool a lot! Our group was all adults, so we loved that this house has one king and three queen bedrooms.
