Welcome to the beach home of your dreams. Sapphire Palms is a new construction townhome that is welcoming, bright and perfect for families looking to create memories to last a lifetime. Located in Panama City Beach, within walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beaches. There is 3 bedrooms (located upstairs) and 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. There is also a game room (garage) with an arcade, pool table, lounge sofa and tv/bar area. In this area you will find beach accessories including a cooler, sand toys, wagon, beach chairs and beach bag.
First Floor:
The first floor is airy and open with the kitchen overlooking the living area. The kitchen is fully stocked, table service for 8+, cooking utensils, pots/pans, baking dishes, coffee bar including a Keurig coffee pot, drip coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, etc. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating at the kitchen island. Overlooking the kitchen/dining area is the living room.
The living room has a 55 inch smart TV, board games and access to the back patio area. There is a bbq grill and seating on the back patio which overlooks a lush green area, that is peaceful for morning coffee or relaxing after a long day at the beach. There is also a convenient 1/2 bath on the first floor, and the game room which has an arcade, pool table, lounge area and tiki bar with a 50 in smart TV.
Second Floor:
Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, full size laundry, and 2 full bathrooms. The master suite has a Queen bed, 40 inch smart TV, walk in closet, full size dresser and on suite master bath. (pack & play and kitchen booster seat located in master closet) Master bath with double bowl vanity and shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share another full bathroom with tub. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and a 40 inch smart TV and full size dresser. Bedroom 3 has a 40 inch smart TV and a bunk bed including 1 Full bed and 2 twin beds. (1 of the twin beds is a trundle - extra bedding in closet)
All linens, including bedding and towels are included, at no extra charge. NO pets are allowed. NO smoking or drugs are allowed. No landline is in the home. Free High Speed Wi-Fi. We do have exterior only cameras for the security of our guests and mutual property. Easy check-in, we program our keyless entry lock with a code that is special to your stay. Your code will be provided to you before check-in. We do provide you with a complimentary starter kit on toiletries, dish soap and sponge and dishwasher pods.
This home is 5 miles to Pier Park, .4 to the beautiful beach(10 minute walk to the beach OR there is also a close parking lot on Front Beach Rd), close to many restaurants and attractions. Duplin Winery (1 mile), Shipwreck Island Waterpark (1.5 miles), ZooWorld (1.6 miles), M.B Miller Pier (1.9 miles), Top Golf- summer '25 (5 miles), Pirate Voyage - summer '25 (5.9 miles), Frank Brown Park (5.7 miles), Walmart (0.6 miles), Publix (1.5 miles).
Don't forget to bring:
The overnight starter of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and trash bags are intended to get you through your first day at the home. We recommend that you bring the following items: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, condiments, dish washing liquid, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, creamer, sunscreen, aluminum foil, storage bags and/or anything else that you need to make your visit complete.
On site parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
Guests must be 25 years of age to book this home.
The person who books the home must be present for the entire duration of the stay. For guests under 25 years old, please send us a private inquiry.
