Magnolia Cottages by the Sea is a quiet, tree-lined community ideally situated along Scenic Highway 30A. Guests can bike to nearby Alys Beach, explore boutique shops in Rosemary Beach, or catch live music at The Big Chill. The area offers easy access to dining, paddleboarding, coastal dune lakes, and white-sand beaches
Getting Around:
No car is required to enjoy nearby beach access, but highly recommend a vehicle for exploring 30Aâs full stretch. Five hybrid bikes are included for easy rides to The Big Chill and beyond.
Other Things to Note:
Like many homes in 30A, this home is equipped with A/C but may take time to cool after guest arrival. We recommend keeping doors closed for optimal performance.
Quiet hours are observed in the Magnolia Cottages neighborhood from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. to maintain the relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
Golf cart rentals are allowed in the community but must be parked in designated areas. No trailers or RVs are permitted on site.
