As you enter the home, you’re greeted by a stylish coastal interior and two comfortable bedrooms — one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, both located near the front entry for easy access.

Continue through to the main living room, a cozy space for gathering, with plush seating and a smart TV. The living room flows seamlessly into the sunroom, where double garage doors open up to the backyard and the kitchen, creating a bright and airy indoor-outdoor experience.

In the left side of the sunroom, you’ll find a ping pong table, and to the right, al fresco dining with views of the backyard and pool — perfect for meals with the whole crew.

Back inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen featuring modern appliances, cooking essentials, and a garage door with a surfboard bar that opens to the sunroom — a fun and casual spot to enjoy drinks or snacks.

Off the kitchen, the laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer along with a second refrigerator for overflow groceries and drinks. A bathroom is also located on the first floor for convenience.

The garage has been converted into a game room, complete with air hockey, foosball, arcade games, disco lights, and more — perfect for kids and adults alike!

✦ 2ND FLOOR
Head upstairs to find the rest of the sleeping spaces and more amenities for comfort and relaxation.

The master suite is a spacious retreat with a king bed and an attached private bathroom, offering peace and privacy after a long day of fun.

Also upstairs is another king bedroom, a large and colorful bunk room with 8 twin beds and a variety of toys (Barbies, trucks, trains, Magnatiles, and more), and a full guest bathroom.

For those working remotely or needing a quiet space, the dedicated workspace upstairs includes a stand-up desk and walking treadmill, making it easy to stay productive during your stay.

✦ BACKYARD/OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Step outside to enjoy a private pool with a waterfall and waterslide, loungers, a shaded covered patio, and a huge backyard with room to run and relax. You’ll also find a sport court with basketball and pickleball, a 3-story playground, cornhole and yard games, a fire pit, and swinging chairs under a gazebo. Plus, enjoy a private backyard gym in a separate building, fully equipped with a Smart TV, AI-powered CAROL bike, treadmill, dumbbells, yoga mats, and an infrared sauna—truly something for everyone.

We provide 4 adult beach cruiser bikes, 2 kids’ bikes, 2 trailers, and helmets for easy exploring, plus beach chairs, a boogie board, and sand toys for your beach days.

✦ GOLF CART RENTAL
Cruise the neighborhood with ease in our 6-seater golf cart, available as an optional add-on for $150 per night. The cart is available from check-in (4pm) through checkout (10am). No proration on arrival or departure days. Drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license, and the cart is insured for guest use. Perfect for quick trips to the beach, local dining, and nearby attractions—fun, convenient, and a guest favorite.

If you’re looking to make memories, have fun with family, and enjoy a peaceful getaway, you’re in the right place. If you're seeking a party spot or late-night scene, this isn’t the home for that.

Weather-Related Refunds: In the event of tropical storms, hurricanes, or severe weather, we follow all local authorities' guidance and recommendations. Our usual cancellation policy applies, except when an official evacuation order is issued. Refunds in those situations will be reviewed and handled individually.
