The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf from this beautiful end unit. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

This 9th floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.

The second bedroom has a king size bed.

The third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed.

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids.

This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

Using the direct beach access, you will find exciting activities such as beach volleyball, jet ski rentals, parasailing, and much more! The pictures Herbo showed were not what was in the condo. The windows were all completely fogged up permanently in the living room. The master bedrooms patio door was all completely clouded up. The carpet was filthy. I asked ECDI to have it cleaned. They never cleaned it. It’s worn out. There was rips in the bedroom carpet that was a safety hazard. The furniture was old and decrepit. I would not stay there again. I sent pictures to ECDI who is the manager and they said OK thank you

Great Vacation Spot

The condo was very clean upon arrival. Great view of the beach. Loved the on-the-beach location. Elevators were quick and never full of people. Pool was nice as well. 5 stars!

Beautiful!

My family and I have just returned home from PCB. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Towards the end of our stay, we had a small issue, I messaged the manager and within MINUTES I received an email back. The balcony is large, plenty of seating, and the view is outstanding! We will be staying here again in the future when we visit PCB!

Here’s a tightened version under 1500 characters while keeping your key points:---Our stay had a mix of positives and frustrations. Prior to arrival, we requested a simple date shift due to surgery recovery, but the owner/manager declined. We assumed it was due to availability, yet during our stay we were offered an extra night at the same rate, which was confusing.The unit is nicely decorated and the balcony is a highlight—spacious, relaxing, and well furnished. However, a persistent damp, humid odor was noticeable throughout. The sliding glass doors in both the living room and master appeared frosted (not intentionally), blocking what should be a beautiful water view.The TVs were quite small for the space (under 40” in the master and 40” in the living room). Basic supplies were minimal—only one trash bag provided and no guidance on trash disposal. We had to locate the chute ourselves. Kitchen tools were limited (a whisk would help), and it would be nice to have at least one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom and an extra roll of paper towels.The freezer door was frozen shut, and the master bath shower caddy needs replacing. Check-in at 4 PM and checkout at 9 AM felt restrictive, especially the early checkout.Suggestions: provide a guest binder with instructions, increase starter supplies, address the odor, fix the sliding doors, and consider flexibility for reasonable requests.

Overall the stay was good, i do wish they had provided more of the basics item like paper towels, dishwasher soap and toilet paper. 1 roll of each isn't nearly enough to get 7 people through 8 days. The place was fairly clean, they had a pack n party for the baby, and a large box of beach toys.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo needs to be updated, remove dirty carpet, remove torn curtain, replace balcony sliding doors (both seals were broken and couldn’t see out), hire new housekeepers (mold on shower heads, wine glasses very dusty), dryer takes 3 hours to dry anything. Very good

It was pretty good. The only thing was we didnt have enough towels for everyone. Then we left an inportang necklace and the cleaners havent said anything about it. Which I know that was our fault for leaving it. Just wished we could get it back. Overall the elevators were quick and the distance to the beach was perfect. We will stay here again.

Disappointed that the ad said, there was a hot tub and there wasn't , as well as the ad saying the pool was heated, it wasn't . The hair dryer didn't work. It would have been nice to have enough toilet paper , paper towels, Kleenex and dish soap for a week. We had five people for the week, not enough supplies.

We enjoyed our stay!! Great location!! Super fast elevators and not to crowded on the beach area. The pool isn’t very big and is majority shady. The parking spot on the beach side is for a tiny car but we were able to park across the road which was a very short walk. The condo was super clean with great air conditioning and the view was amazing. There was hidden fees (charged an additional 4% that was not included in payment breakdown)to use card for payment. VRBO said the host was required to honor rates that were quoted but after several times trying to communicate that to the host I gave up and just paid it. Overall I was satisfied.

The actual property was great check in was easy till we found our parking spot …. We drive a Tahoe and it doesn’t fit in the space tried contacting property several times no response. Had to park In overflow which was terrible with little kids. Next there is a loud loud noise that goes off everytime the water is used when you flush when you shower it scared my 3 yr old so bad. Also tried to get response on that nothing. The unit was very clean other than stained carpets. Def needs a good cleaning Or just ripped out. The pool is very small and not really kid friendly it’s not in the sun is Under the units like in a parking garage. So if your staying small children this really isn’t for you.

PCB—-Beautiful and crowded

Our family went for a week. We arrived and the place was being cleaned. It was clean upon entering. The place is updated, comfortable, and the views are awesome. The dishwasher never worked. I did report it twice but “they were backed up”. So we hand-washed the dishes. Not what you want to do on vacation but it didn’t spoil our stay. We did eat out a lot. There are minimal supplies in the kitchen. There is 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Get your own. In all the extras are very minimal. A few beach things like a chair and some toys. Again, if you want stuff, bring it. The elevators are fast and we never had to wait one time. Right behind this building was the best as it’s a smaller building and so less beach goers. Other buildings? It was slammed behind them for spring break. Nightime? Not a place for a family at night. It was very crowded, police everywhere, smell of Pot all over, I mean…it was spring break. I’ve stayed in this building over summer and it was awesome. The pool is warmed up by summer heat. Too cold this time of year. Parking was good. I’d stay again…just never going back over spring break.

Check in was a breeze. Getting into the unit and the ease of the property was fabulous. Once we got in we noticed the metal plate on the inside of the front door was broken so I called maintenance. They arrived and put some screws into the door. We left and came back several hours later and our code no longer worked. The maintenance guy apparently used the wrong size screw and factory reset the lock. We were locked out of the condo for 2 hours. We were all cold, wet and covered in sea weed. A locksmith finally had to come and basically break us into the condo. We were told someone had to stay in the condo the next day until someone could come and replace the lock. If we all left we would be locked out of the condo once again. I messaged numerous times the host as well as maintenance and was never once given an approximate time that someone would be there. They finally showed up the next day around lunch and replaced the lock. The next day I get a call from someone that they were coming within 15 minutes to replace the fridge. No explanation as to why and nobody ever showed up. The living room furniture is horribly uncomfortable and worn completely out. The blow dryer in the master bath doesn’t work. Other than that it was great! Super easy to navigate the property and the proximity to the beach is fabulous!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Destination was perfect, Beach attendants kind and responsive to our needs. It was over crowded during this peak time. This low rise building made it quick to get to our condo from the beach or outings and never had to wait on an elevator. We arrived to a dirty condo, carpet needed cleaned, closets cleaned out from owners belongings, main master closet was piled high with beach toys, sand and a musty smell, we couldn’t even open the closet door due to the excessive toys and an outdoor bin that was filled with sand. Furniture was worn down, stained and needed cleaning. Kitchen lacked bowls, plates, silverware and cups for a family of seven. Pantry had a dog food smell, probably because the trash had been stored in the pantry. YUCK! There was black mold on the ceiling on every vent when we arrived. In the spare bedroom the vent was directly above the bunk bed, just inches away from where my daughter had to sleep. When housekeeping arrived a second time to address the problem, they were even embarrassed in the condition of the unit. Cabinets were dirty, inside and outside. The walls needed painting desperately. My biggest complaint, we never had a working dryer the entire time we stayed there, complained several times and management never addressed the issue, kept getting pushed around. The dryer was definitely a fire hazard in the unit! Very disappointed with the unit and Emerald, do better!

Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed at Marisol 0901 in Panama City Beach, and while the location was fantastic, my overall experience was disappointing.Location:The condo's location is its strongest feature. It’s just steps from the beach, making it perfect for enjoying the sun and surf. Being close to local restaurants and shops was also a huge plus.Cleanliness:Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the condo was a major issue. Upon arrival, I found the place to be quite dirty. Dust was thick on the furniture, and the kitchen cabinets were grimy. I opted to clean it myself, as the cleaning team had just left and had done a poor job. They offered to send them back, but I felt it was best to just tackle it myself. The bathrooms were acceptable, but overall, I expected better.Condition of the Condo:The condo itself felt a bit outdated, which wouldn’t have been a problem if it had been clean and well-maintained. The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable, leading to significant back pain during my stay. Although I requested a replacement, the new spring mattress still didn’t meet my needs—I prefer a firmer option. Additionally, any movement in the bed produced annoying squeaks.Customer Service:I do appreciate the customer service’s willingness to address our concerns. They were responsive and tried to help where they could, which I’m grateful for.Overall Experience:While the location is a draw, the lack of cleanliness and comfort makes it hard for me to recommend this specific condo. I won’t be staying here again, as I value a clean and comfortable space for my vacations. If you prioritize those aspects, you might want to look elsewhere

Nice place in a good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo staff was very friendly and did a great job at keeping the common areas clean. The views from the room were incredible. With only 10 floors and 2 elevators we did not waste a bunch of time waiting to get to and from the beach. Make sure you walk down to the Barefoot grill and see Dwayne at the bar. He was incredible, and the food/drinks were delicious.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all our stay was wonderful. It seemed homey not so perfect that my kids were afraid to touch anything. The balcony doors do need to fixed. Pool was still cold. Lol. Cooking pans could use an update but we did ok. Garbage disposal was not working but nothing we couldn't handle. I've never had one so I guess you can't miss what you've never had lol. I guess what I'm trying to say is that even though it was a rental, it felt a lot like home. It has some quirks and flaws but it makes it seem more family friendly.
