The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf from this beautiful end unit. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

This 9th floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.

The second bedroom has a king size bed.

The third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed.

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids.

This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

What's nearby:
Using the direct beach access, you will find exciting activities such as beach volleyball, jet ski rentals, parasailing, and much more! Less than one mile away, you will find plenty of family fun at Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and Wonderworks. Take time to visit local favorite, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, less than two miles away.

The pictures Herbo showed were not what was in the condo. The windows were all completely fogged up permanently in the living room. The master bedrooms patio door was all completely clouded up. The carpet was filthy. I asked ECDI to have it cleaned. They never cleaned it. It’s worn out. There was rips in the bedroom carpet that was a safety hazard. The furniture was old and decrepit. I would not stay there again. I sent pictures to ECDI who is the manager and they said OK thank you

Overall just OK

Check in was a breeze. Getting into the unit and the ease of the property was fabulous. Once we got in we noticed the metal plate on the inside of the front door was broken so I called maintenance. They arrived and put some screws into the door. We left and came back several hours later and our code no longer worked. The maintenance guy apparently used the wrong size screw and factory reset the lock. We were locked out of the condo for 2 hours. We were all cold, wet and covered in sea weed. A locksmith finally had to come and basically break us into the condo. We were told someone had to stay in the condo the next day until someone could come and replace the lock. If we all left we would be locked out of the condo once again. I messaged numerous times the host as well as maintenance and was never once given an approximate time that someone would be there. They finally showed up the next day around lunch and replaced the lock. The next day I get a call from someone that they were coming within 15 minutes to replace the fridge. No explanation as to why and nobody ever showed up. The living room furniture is horribly uncomfortable and worn completely out. The blow dryer in the master bath doesn’t work. Other than that it was great! Super easy to navigate the property and the proximity to the beach is fabulous!

Beautiful!

My family and I have just returned home from PCB. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Towards the end of our stay, we had a small issue, I messaged the manager and within MINUTES I received an email back. The balcony is large, plenty of seating, and the view is outstanding! We will be staying here again in the future when we visit PCB!

Overall the stay was good, i do wish they had provided more of the basics item like paper towels, dishwasher soap and toilet paper. 1 roll of each isn't nearly enough to get 7 people through 8 days. The place was fairly clean, they had a pack n party for the baby, and a large box of beach toys.

Need better parking

The parking was awful could not park in my spot had to park across the street the microwave not work the ac stopped a few times I called office 4 times no one showed up so it was 80 degrees in there. I had some unhappy people loved the view the cleanness

Very good

It was pretty good. The only thing was we didnt have enough towels for everyone. Then we left an inportang necklace and the cleaners havent said anything about it. Which I know that was our fault for leaving it. Just wished we could get it back. Overall the elevators were quick and the distance to the beach was perfect. We will stay here again.

PCB—-Beautiful and crowded

Our family went for a week. We arrived and the place was being cleaned. It was clean upon entering. The place is updated, comfortable, and the views are awesome. The dishwasher never worked. I did report it twice but “they were backed up”. So we hand-washed the dishes. Not what you want to do on vacation but it didn’t spoil our stay. We did eat out a lot. There are minimal supplies in the kitchen. There is 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Get your own. In all the extras are very minimal. A few beach things like a chair and some toys. Again, if you want stuff, bring it. The elevators are fast and we never had to wait one time. Right behind this building was the best as it’s a smaller building and so less beach goers. Other buildings? It was slammed behind them for spring break. Nightime? Not a place for a family at night. It was very crowded, police everywhere, smell of Pot all over, I mean
it was spring break. I’ve stayed in this building over summer and it was awesome. The pool is warmed up by summer heat. Too cold this time of year. Parking was good. I’d stay again
just never going back over spring break.

Disappointed that the ad said, there was a hot tub and there wasn't , as well as the ad saying the pool was heated, it wasn't . The hair dryer didn't work. It would have been nice to have enough toilet paper , paper towels, Kleenex and dish soap for a week. We had five people for the week, not enough supplies.

Great Vacation Spot

The condo was very clean upon arrival. Great view of the beach. Loved the on-the-beach location. Elevators were quick and never full of people. Pool was nice as well. 5 stars!

The actual property was great check in was easy till we found our parking spot 
. We drive a Tahoe and it doesn’t fit in the space tried contacting property several times no response. Had to park In overflow which was terrible with little kids. Next there is a loud loud noise that goes off everytime the water is used when you flush when you shower it scared my 3 yr old so bad. Also tried to get response on that nothing. The unit was very clean other than stained carpets. Def needs a good cleaning Or just ripped out. The pool is very small and not really kid friendly it’s not in the sun is Under the units like in a parking garage. So if your staying small children this really isn’t for you.

Vacay 2023

We enjoyed our stay!! Great location!! Super fast elevators and not to crowded on the beach area. The pool isn’t very big and is majority shady. The parking spot on the beach side is for a tiny car but we were able to park across the road which was a very short walk. The condo was super clean with great air conditioning and the view was amazing. There was hidden fees (charged an additional 4% that was not included in payment breakdown)to use card for payment. VRBO said the host was required to honor rates that were quoted but after several times trying to communicate that to the host I gave up and just paid it. Overall I was satisfied.

Unpleasant stay!

I have booked through VRBO for several years. This was the first year I rented through VRBO that an individual did not own the condo. It was owned by a company who rents through VRBO. This was the worst experience I’ve had booking through VRBO. The condo door would not close when you come in or go out of the door. You have to pay attention & close the door yourself. The condo was not cleaned very well! There were spider webs on the light fixtures, things left behind by previous guests including dentures, make up, sea shells with dead creatures in them that smelled really bad!!!!! It has not been deep cleaned in awhile!!!! The sink in the kitchen leaked where the garbage disposal is. They had a bucket under the sink to catch the water & if we had not realized it, it would’ve ran over & made a mess. It made the kitchen smell really bad too!!! The tv service is awful!!!!!! The channels are very limited. If you have a rainy day or like to watch tv while everyone is getting ready to go out you’re out of luck!!! Half of the light bulbs were blown. There was 1 out of 3 bulbs working in the bathroom vanity. We had to take a bulb out of the bedroom lamp to be able to see to brush our teeth, shave, etc. The cookware that is available is very old!! We usually cook breakfast. Everything we tried to cook stuck to it. The building itself & the location was great. If I stayed in this complex again it would not be in this condo!! If I rent from VRBO again it will be from an individual owner & not another company posting under VRBO. Booking & paying was not as convenient as with VRBO either. The first payment is made through VRBO but the second half has to be mailed to the company that owns the condo rather than through VRBO. I attempted to contact the company in order to make payment multiple times prior to it being due & they DO NOT answer their phones!!

It was “okay” at best!

Carpet was awful from precious uses, so bad, that i did not feel comfortable not wearing something to cover my feet when walking through the condo. (Slippers are a must bring item to your list of packing) Food was found in different spots from previous renters that the cleaning service missed while cleaning. There was loud music playing through the night and into early morning hours
 had to sleep with bathroom vent fan running to sound the noise out as much as possible which still did not solve the issue completely. Master bedroom patio door, the glass was hard to see the beautiful view that you pay for (lock doesn’t work so you cannot open door). Master bedroom door lock is broken from previous renters- good luck with privacy if you chose to bring the family! Not much relaxation here
 we are planning future vacations elsewhere that can and will provide a more restful/peaceful/clean environment.

Great place to stay. Only thing I seen that needs to be updated is the beds. King size bed in master bedroom was horrible. I felt like I was sleeping on a box spring with no mattress . Parking was a little confusing at first for the bikes and trailer and 2 vehicles but you only get 2 Parking passes for a 3 bedroom condo. I would stay again though.

Overall experience was good! Never booked through Vrbo before and the process was quite simple. The condo was beautiful, only downside was there were a few issues we ran into. Toilet paper holder off the master bedroom was broken and there is black mold on the baseboard in the master bedroom by the sliding door. Overall though great place and beautiful views of the Gulf and within walking distance to our favorite places.

Amazing!

My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was of course the best thing about where we stayed. It was extremely easy to access everything and it’s exactly how it’s listed. During our stay though there was a tornado watch and the elevator had a leak in it so water was trickling down through the ceilings, we shouldn’t have been in the elevator in the first place but yeah that was a little concerning. Other than that, we all had a great experience!

This condo exceeded my expectations from the moment we walked in the door! Amazing view, very quite and the workers were very helpful with anything we needed and were very friendly. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

Loved the area and the spacious condo. The carpet’s look horrible! Not enough washcloths hand towels

It is a very pretty place except for carpets that look horrible. Not enough kitchen towels and bathroom face towels and wash rags.
