Mistral 10 - Gulf Front - Seacrest Beach

Vous allez adorer ce charmant condo sur le golfe du Mexique! Professionnellement décoré avec des finitions impressionnantes, le Mistral 10 est un endroit pour s'asseoir sur le balcon et profiter des brises et couchers de soleil chauds du golfe. Cette superbe unité au 2e étage comprend 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des armoires haut de gamme, des luminaires et des comptoirs en granit. Décoré avec goût et confortable, le salon propose des siÚges en cuir, une télévision à écran plat de 47 pouces et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

La chambre comprend un lit king-size avec une belle literie et un matelas moelleux pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Pour complĂ©ter l'expĂ©rience de bien-ĂȘtre, la chambre dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat murale de 32 pouces, pour les nuits tardives et les matins paresseux. Les lits superposĂ©s intĂ©grĂ©s offrent leur propre espace, ainsi qu'un canapĂ©-lit queen pour les personnes supplĂ©mentaires. La luxueuse salle de bains offre une douche Ă  l'italienne joliment carrelĂ©e. Pour plus de commoditĂ©, une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur est dans l'unitĂ©.

Ce condo entiÚrement rénové offre un service de chaise de plage gratuit du 1er mars au 31 octobre. Deux chaises et un parasol seront installés sur la plage pour vous, si le temps le permet.

Relaxing stay on the beach

The condo was well maintained and had all amenities. The beach view was beautiful and the beach was easily accessible. The management company stayed in touch to make sure we did not have any problems. I would recommend this property.

Perfect location

My husband and two kids had a great time at Mistral. This was our second visit and we plan to visit again. The views are amazing. The unit was clean and we met some great families. Highly recommended!

Memorial Day Weekend

Got this place for some girlfriends and I to spend Memorial Day weekend and it was great. This is the fourth time I’ve stayed a a Mistral Condo and it was fantastic as expected. Ideal location and so easy to just walk on the beach. Love coming to Mistral!

Perfect quiet getaway spot with a great view!

Location, price point and amenities met our needs exactly. Unit was clean, well equipped and convenient to everything we needed. Needed a change of scenery during Covid times and we were not disappointed. Spent most of the week on the beach or on the balcony. Feeling well rested and ready for 2021. Would definitely rent again!

Good view, property needs some upkeep

Property needs some maintenance. Management company was responsive to needs that could be addressed immediately. Sliding door is rusted and very difficult to slide..broken handle as well that was not fixed during our stay. Several electrical issues in unit as well- AC quit working one night. Kitchen is sparsely stocked and no extras such as salt/pepper/coffee filters etc in unit.

Have stayed here twice. Condo is great and can’t beat location and view. One thing
items in condo are sparse
no salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Also only 1 wine glass, which is fine if only one person drinks wine lol. These are just a few small things that don’t really affect the stay, just would be nice if they were provided. Btw, beach chairs are included.

Great size for family of 4 with two teenage girls. View from balcony was amazing!! Only issue was the lack of wifi and cell service which the owners can't control. This was an issue when trying to get work done but was nice as it helped keep kids of their devices.

This property was terrible. The furniture was old and ragged. The AC was disugusting and dirty, blowing wet dust out of the vents. It was verry muggy as the AC wasnt properly dehumidifying the space. The back door was very heavy and basically impossible to move. The porch was leaning horribly and felt completely unsafe. The WIFI was also terrible, very little reception and very slow. We left a day early because this property was awful and not worth the price. Highly do NOT recommend.

It was a beautiful home with a great location located directly on the beach which we loved! We thought this condo was a great location with access to do many great things! We do wish that the patio wasn’t so sloped and the furniture was more comfortable on the patio and in the condo. We also thought it was frustrating only having one roll of toiletpaper given the entire stay and no beach towels for the condo. Overall it was very enjoyable and would probably stay again!

Use caution

I would not rent here as I feel they have poor business practices. Sadly, I got Covid 2 days before my trip and was told “too bad too sad” and lost my trip and all my money. I was looking to reschedule for the off season or some voucher. Nope! Nothing!!! Just “get the insurance next time!!”

Only reason to stay here is the view.

Absolutely incredible view of the gulf !!! But unit is small and dated. My wife slept in the hall bunk bed after the first night because the master bed was so uncomfortable. Bedroom closet was full of stuff so could only hang a few things. No place in bedroom for your clothes. Sliding glass door is quite difficult to open/close. We were celebrating our anniversary but there was only one wine glass. But the view of the gulf was fabulous!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 units in our party, 3 of the 4 had issues. Our fridge was out and oven didn’t work properly. Small fridge that was supplied froze what food it would hold and wasted most of our groceries. That isn’t acceptable, should have replaced the fridge in the condo. Probably cheaper than having it fixed to begin with!

Management company responded within 30 minutes for lockout due to defective lock. Unit is comfortable just needs some attention.
