Sugar Beach est l'un des complexes exclusifs axés sur la famille de la plage sur le mondialement célèbre Thomas Drive. Pas de longues files d'attente pour les ascenseurs, marcher jusqu'à votre porte d'entrée, à quelques minutes du parking pour s'installer pour votre séjour. Sur place, il y a un lac d'eau douce qui fournit une occasion unique de voir la faune. Aussi, il y a deux courts de tennis bien entretenus, shuffleboard, basket-ball et grillades ainsi que la grande piscine côté plage.

L'immense clubhouse a une grande terrasse en bord de mer pour se détendre, bronzer et profiter de la vue sur l'océan où vous pourrez regarder quelques dauphins nager. Le clubhouse est rempli d'une table de ping-pong, 2 tables de billard et de nombreux jeux d'arcade pour les jeunes invités. Les motifs ont de grandes zones herbeuses et des chemins de promenade qui fournissent un bon changement du développement typique de béton et d'acier.

Cette unité est très pratique pour se garer directement en face de votre unité et être sur la plage avant que la plupart des clients puissent monter dans leur ascenseur. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec accès à la salle de bains et d'une 2ème chambre avec 2 lits queen-size. Ce condo dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un salon spacieux avec un canapé-lit queen-size et d'un coin repas. Les draps sont fournis mais apporter vos propres serviettes de plage, crème solaire et un bon livre. Cette unité est très spacieuse et ouverte, décorée avec goût, bien meublée et entretenue.

Des frais d'inscription de 20 $ doivent être payés à Sugar Beach et ne seront pas ajoutés au coût de la réservation.

The beach view from our 2nd floor balcony was absolutely beautiful! The condo was clean & inviting but could use some minor repairs especially the kitchen ceiling. Decor was beautiful. And washer/dryer was so convenient.

The location is perfect if you have kids and want easy access to activities. We made good use of the free passes especially for golf. In my opinion, these added significant value to the booking. The beach is amazing with easy access to umbrella/chair service. The pool wasn’t heated which was a bit disappointing bc it was really cold. The condo is tired and could use new beds in the main bedroom. But overall, it was clean, comfortable with amazing views and access to the beach. I would recommend staying here.

Best spot/location

Our stay was amazing! Right on the beach and next to the pool. We loved being walking distance to shopping, food and had access to a grocery store not far away. Will be booking a trip again soon.

Amazing place to stay!

Honestly probably one of the best places we have stayed and we have been coming to PCB for years! It's super quiet and not crowded at all! We had a perfect view of the ocean and the location was great! You could walk to so many places. It was also very clean! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

We stayed in the condo July 19-23. Great size unit and the views were awesome! Such a short walk to the beach and not crowed at all compared to the larger complexes on either side. We enjoyed being away from the traffic and crowds that you get when you stay "in the middle of the strip". It is an older unit and a few upgrades are needs but all in all a great place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying in the same condo it was very nice we did have to call and get sheets for the pull out couch the First Lady I spoke with was very nice about it then when I called back the women I spoke with was a little rude and even hung up on me. We did have to have the maintenance guy come out to fix our sliding glass door to the balcony and to unclog the bathroom drain and he was very nice other than that our stay was good and hope to go back next year on our family vacation.

Several things need to be fixed.The air conditioning ran most of the time and the beach side bedroom needs a ceiling fan in the room, we had to buy a fan so it would be more comfortable. the electrical plugs in this condo need to be replaced. Beach front bathroom plugs don't work at all, only one in the other bathroom works. Made it hard for 4 women. The password info on the refrigerator was incorrect. the cable was unplugged and no directions on how to work the TV or cable.

Had a nice grill area that was close by, and beach access was close too. The room was nice, but is about 10-15 years behind on updates compared to others, but in saying that, the cost of the rental reflected that. Was just looking for a place to stay again this year, and was really looking at it again since it's a bargain. We just needed a bit more space since another couple was coming along this year. 2 things it needs, curtains need washed, and sliding door handle fixed and the floor swept a bit better. It was nice that you could set up on the beach and see your stuff off the balcony.

EXCEPT... don’t ask to check in 40 mins early... the owner would prefer you sit outside in the hot parking lot until exactly 4pm. Owner would not allow us to enter room until exactly 4pm even though housekeeping was no where around. Owner Very rude on phone. But... condo had everything we needed. Be sure to click the ice maker on when you get there. View is ocean, but really need bar stools to see over balcony railing. Would stay here again if allowed by owner after this review.

On the ocean

This unit is nice but we did have issues. We stayed for 28 days. We were without heat and AC for 13 of those days. The managers of the property were great to deal with but they need to communicate everything with the owner. She does not respond promptly. The TV in the living room goes on and off at whim -- loses connection all the time. The tvs in the bedrooms work fine. The breaker in the kitchen kicks out regularly and the fan in the spare bath does not work. After the fiasco with the heat and AC we just lived with it.

Not what I was expecting

Soon as we arrived at the location the owner sent us the wrong gate code to even get into the parking lot so we had to wait for someone to leave for us to get in. We called owner several times no answer. The lady at the front desk told me the gate code was wrong/old from a few years ago. Finally when we made it to the room door we had another code that was needed to get in and that code was also wrong!! Called the number it said to call for issues in regards to the code…no answer!! Called another number and a man was nice and patient and told me the code had been changed. When we entered the room it seemed pretty nice like the pics desecribed. When I walked into the bedroom i noticed there was a lot of sand on the floor. I understand that it can be difficult to clean up the floors from sand but this was quite noticeable. Beds were decent. Bathroom was okay…the vents in the bathroom to help with moisture did not work at all!! Also the ac vent in the master bedroom did not work and it got very hot!! Tv also did not work in the master bedroom!! I did read previous reviews about roaches in this condo and tried to ignore. In the middle of the night I went to bathroom and saw roaches!!! I have never had this issue staying in a condo! I will probably not stay here again!! This condo is a bit overpriced with all the issues we had!!!
