The Best Escape Anyone Can Have is our "Blessings By the Sea" Ground Floor Beach Villa. Our completely remodeled “Coastal Style” 1 Bedroom, 2 Full-Bath Villa is located in the heart of Panama City Beach at the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort Villas and is steps away from the world's most beautiful beaches.

Our Villa not only has all new paint, flooring and lighting but also has all new furniture, bedding and appliances. Enjoy the new cabinets and counter tops of our fully-stocked kitchen with everything you should need for your stay, including: toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, Keuring coffee maker, Crock Pot, waffle-maker, washer/dryer and iron/board.

The dining area includes 4 dining chairs and the kitchen bar has 3 stools making 7 total seats for comfortable family dining.

The living room has an extra large window overlooking our private oasis in the back. The room is outfitted with comfortable matching recliners and a lovely new couch which is a sleeper sofa. There is a new 55' smart TV and WiFi Based/Streaming Cable and a walkout patio to the peaceful view of the lagoon with fountain.

The bedroom is fitted with a King Bed and chest of drawers. A vanity mirror, leather chair, large 55- Smart TV with WiFi Based/Streaming Cable. Just off the bedroom is the master bathroom with double vanity and shower/bathtub combo.

Second full-bath sits just off the hallway and has a walk-in shower.

Park directly at the front door, walk straight into the one level villa with no steps and no elevator waits. Super convenient.

The BEST villa

This place really wowed my family and I! We made a last minute booking for the weekend to look at villas for sale. This resort was awesome. The condo was sooo clean and decorated the best Ive seen!! Management was wonderful and the owner. I will highly recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks so much!

I have never booked nor thought of a villa. In the past years I always booked a cabin. This villa has an amazing atmosphere. The one bedroom condo type has a warm feeling. People around and the personnel working on the resort were very friendly. Truly we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Villa

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I haven’t stayed in Panama in years or at Edgewater ever, prior to our stay. My daughter and I absolutely loved the decor and how beautiful the entire place was decorated. Not only was it beautiful but it’s also spacious. Everything we needed was provided. We definitely look forward to our next stay!!!

The unit was very clean and well kept. The decor was well appointed with a beach feel, bright and colorful. It was quiet, bed was comfortable, and plenty of kitchen-ware to comfortably stay. Not real happy with property management. Late on submitting leases, question our request for wrist bands and never fixed bedroom television. I would certainly recommend staying at this particular unit.

Absolutely enjoyed a stay !

Booked this property for April vacations and never regretted. It was important for us to choose the right one since we were taking our 4 month old baby girl to vacay with us for a very first time - so comfort, cleanliness +location were our priorities. But from the first steps in to this gorgeous Villa we felt like home and were impressed how tastefully interior and exterior design were done, as well as how welcoming and beautiful Villa is ! Every detail is done with love , you can see. it was all we needed in there , nice bathrooms, great kitchen with all appliances and absolutely adorable porch with beautiful waterfront and fountain view. The front mini lake is full of turtles and ducks , which was great addition to relaxing mood .villa is walking distance to the beach (trough the bridge , so no need to cross the street ) and that makes the place also quiet , private and cozy . We liked the fact that it’s located in Edgewater Resort , so it’s closed and secured area. We had a fantastic week in this property and absolutely enjoyed staying here with our baby girl! We definitely will be back again soon !

Only frustrating part was there was not enough basic essentials for our stay. We were there for over a week with our family. They did not leave enough toilet paper for our whole stay, trash bags, laundry soap or even soap for the sinks.Only enough for a 2 day stay, figured that was the average stay time.Called to get more for the rest of the stay and they said it was our responsibility to provide that stuff but they would make an exception this time. They were kind enough to drop by one of each item 1 toilet paper 1 of each item but still not enough for the whole stay. I get not providing some things but not enough toilet paper, trash bags or soap. We had to buy it for a few days and then leave it all behind when we went back home. We stay in lots of rentals and never ran into somewhere so stingy on the bare basics. A nice touch would even be leaving salt and pepper and sugar. In most places we stay they even have that we had to buy that and leave it so hopefully they leave it for the next family staying.
