Wonderful clean condo located near beautiful beaches, grocery stores and lots of dining out options.The very large pool and hot tubs with a lake view is a nice place to read and relax.We have come to this resort many times over the years and are hoping to squeeze in some more. Can't go wrong !

We have rented homes in the Carillon neighborhood a couple of times. The condo was a great size for my husband and I. Nice having so many pools to choose from. The condo was clean and convenient to eateries.

Lovely condo at Carillon Beach Inn

Our condo obviously has been recently upgraded with lovely furnishings, great shower and super comfy bed. This was our first time to stay at the Carillon Beach community and enjoyed the uncrowded beach and access to multiple pools with shops/restaurants all within a short walk. Easy drive to the airport and lots of PCB and Rosemary Beach restaurants and stores within easy driving distance.

I was there for a family wedding on the green. Didn't get the chance to use the pool or hot tub though I did walk through the area. Appeared to be some maintenance work going on. The unit was clean and bright. Enjoyed it's convenience and location. Furnishings were great. Enjoyed myself and would return again.

The unit was fresh and clean. Felt light and beachy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Well appointed with everything we needed. Perfect size for me and my husband. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the balcony. The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions, and was very helpful! We would definitely stay in this unit again.
