2301 is new to the rental market after being fully updated in January 2025 - Luxury condo with granite countertops and new furnishings all ready for your dream vacation.

Quiet 23rd floor penthouse end unit with panoramic views of the Gulf and the emerald coastline of Panama City Beach from the oversized balcony.

With room to accommodate 4 guests, we provide two Master Bedrooms with comfortable King beds and ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms, Living Room and Dining furnishings just updated for a fresh Spa-like vacation retreat 60 inch flat screen smart TVs.

Tropic Winds is located on the quiet, west-end of Panama City Beach, close to dining, shopping, attractions, and Pier Park.

‱ Free premium beach service from March - October. Included with your rental and provides with two assigned beach loungers and an umbrella each day. We also provide additional beach chairs for your use.

‱ Covered, dedicated parking space on the 1st floor of the garage for easy access.

‱ We own and operate this rental condo personally, not a large company, and we live here several months of the year - we hope you enjoy our home on Emerald Coast and the views as much as we do.

‱ Because this is our home, you will find custom improvements and decorations not found in most rental condos, and we update and maintain our unit constantly to keep it clean and comfortable for your stay.

‱ We have a keyless security lock and will provide you with your own personal code before you arrive. This will allow you to go directly from your reserved parking space to the unit and start enjoying your vacation immediately. No lobby, no waiting in line for check-in, and no need to worry about lost keys or swipe cards at check-in or check-out.

‱ Our condo is a desirable and highly sought-after end unit with fantastic views from one of the largest balconies in the area.

Relaxing Beach Get-Away!

10/10 all around! The condo was exactly as described and the views were even more stunning in real life! We were able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the balcony and on the beach. The reserved chairs/ table/ umbrella beach set up was amazing and added and extra luxury to the trip. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and was quick to respond. Could go on and on about how wonderful this stay was for our family! We are excited to come back in the future!!

Best Condo Ever!!

This condo is fantastic! By far the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in, and I'm very particular about having a clean-feeling bathroom. The large corner balcony is amazing. Debbie was very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly. We will definitely be booking this condo again for our next beach trip!

First off Debbie is a great host. Debbie had great communication and was very helpful on dining and things to do while staying. The property was very clean and kept up first impression when we arrived. I liked that the assigned parking space was on ground level. The condo itself is beautiful. Up to date decor and appliances. Very clean. The beds were perfect. Made us feel like home. The corner balcony was amazing. Almost 180 degree view felt like you could see forever. If you are afraid of heights it may make you a little queasy. lol. It was great watching all the sea life down in the ocean. My youngest said when we left it was one of the best vacations we had if not the best. We will definitely be booking with Debbie again.

We recently stayed at a stunning 23rd-floor penthouse in Panama City Beach, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The views from this unit are absolutely phenomenal—sweeping vistas of the emerald-green Gulf waters and sugar-white beaches that took our breath away every morning. The penthouse itself is exquisitely appointed, with high-end furniture and tasteful, modern decor that strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the kitchen appliances exceeded our expectations.Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed, from the well-stocked kitchen to the two full bathrooms. It’s clear the owners put their heart into making this a five-star experience. The building amenities were also top-notch, with easy beach access, including reserved umbrella and chairs, a well equipped exercise room and a great pool area.This penthouse is hands-down one of the best places I’ve stayed in Panama City Beach. If you’re looking for a luxurious, unforgettable getaway with amazing views, this is the spot. I’m already counting down the days until we can return!

PERFECT!!!!!

This condo is better than the pictures. Very clean and very comfortable beds. The best part is the balcony. This is the best balcony I have ever been on. The view was beautiful and the furniture is very comfortable to sit and watch for dolphins, turtles, stingrays, manatees and even sharks. We saw them all. I love the furniture so much, I asked where she got it. Mine will be delivered when I get home!!! Definitely will be back!!!!

Wonderful Condo!

Recently spent a week in this fabulous unit. From the beginning, the owner was great to work with. Provided clear and concise information, was very responsive, and very thoughtful and kind! The unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The balcony is definitely a highlight! Plenty of comfortable furniture to soak in the unbelievable view. The beach area is kept very clean and the included chairs and umbrella set up during the season is a great perk. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, serving dishes, pots, and pans. Beds are comfy. Ample towels are provided, including beach towels. This was really helpful as we flew to Panama City so had limited packing space. It was nice not to have to pack beach towels. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!!
