- Home comes with 2 reserved parking spots. Parking passes must be displayed. Overflow parking passes are available at the front office for $10/parking spot.
- Check-in is 4pm, checkout is 10am.
- All beach supplies must be returned back to the closet.
- No golf carts, slingshots, RVs, boats, watercrafts, campers, trailers, recreational vehicles or commercial vehicles are allowed to park on the property.
- Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Pool hours are 8am-11pm. Fitness Center (18+) hours are 8am-9pm.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, events, parties and unauthorized guests.
- A $100 fine will be assessed for violating any rules of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort.
Please note that Nautical Properties Vacation Rentals is not responsible for the availability or maintenance of any Gulf Highlands amenities, including pools, fitness centers, beach access, and more. Additionally, we are not responsible for the seasonal availability of offsite restaurants or shops.
