Luxurious 3 BR Condo overlooking 30A nestled between Rosemary & Alys Beach

Luxurious 3 Bedroom Condo in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Condo has been fully remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities. The Condo sleeps 6-7 comfortably with a King Bed, Queen Bed, and a Bunk Bed with a Full Bed on bottom and Twin Bed on top. Primary bedroom has a work space area that includes a desk with monitor and HDMI cord.

Patio fully furnished overlooking 30A. Private Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo; Tram also available directly from the Village.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Pools and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guests use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry, there is no reason to leave your beach escape.

Condo is equipped with 4 beach chairs and 7 beach towels for guest use.

Beach chairs and umbrellas can also be rented from the providers located on the beach. Reservation contact info will be provided in guest's welcome packets.

Bikes are also available for rent from Peddler's Bikes that is located on the complex property. Reservation contact info will be provided in guest's welcome packets.

Family Girls’ Trip

This was a multigenerational girls’ trip for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was great, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Great time in 30A

We had a wonderful time visiting 30A. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. Very accessible to everything around. We rented bikes and walked to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Our kids loved staying in the bunk bedroom. We would definitely come back!

The property was amazing. Clean. Nice comfortable. Only issue was it was on the second floor. The people above us were so loud and rambunctious. Sounded like gymnast above us. Pictures lamps and mirrors were shaking and vibrataing. Love this place but will likely not rent again due to second floor location. It’s a shame. Great property. Too loud. Sad.

Beautiful condo, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s very clean and nicely renovated. The beach is a short walk away, bike rentals right downstairs and plenty of food/shopping options close by. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo, amazing location, the best.

This condo was perfect. Clean, new/renovated, awesome location and very helpful owners. Kim was great to communicate with and everything about the condo was as expected. Beach was easy to get to and Peddlers pavilion is a great spot for dinner with the family. Look forward to returning to this condo next year!

Immaculate! Fantastic location, convenient, great access to beaches and restaurants. The only criticism is that the air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the Florida heat (all doors were closed!). Super!

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed a lovely weekend getaway and truly appreciate Kim and Bill opening their FL home to us! The property is located directly on 30A with a short walk to beach access. The condo sits on property that also boasts of shops, restaurants and most importantly, Starbucks. Outside of a quick trip to Publix to pick up snacks, we didn't have to drive anywhere during our stay. Kim and Bill were gracious hosts, communicating prior to and upon our arrival. Their home is beautiful, clean and serene. The furnishings/beds are very comfortable. Thanks, Kim and Bill, for allowing us to stay - we loved every moment!
