"Let It Be" is a newly renovated three-bedroom home, perfectly located just steps away from everything while still offering a sense of seclusion. This charming home accommodates up to 12 guests, featuring a Master Bedroom on each of the two floors. The third bedroom can sleep up to 4 people with its two queen beds. Each bedroom comes with a private bathroom and a television for added comfort.

The spacious kitchen includes seating for three at the counter, a traditional built-in coffee maker, and an additional standard coffee maker. There's also a wine/beverage cooler in the upstairs Master, ideal for enjoying coffee on the balcony in the morning or a beer or glass of wine in the evening. The upstairs porches provide partial views of the Gulf of Mexico, adding to the home's charm.

The open living and dining area is great for gatherings, with a dining table that seats eight. For outdoor relaxation, the screened porch features two swinging day beds. Just beyond, the beautiful backyard offers a fire pit with ample seating, a cozy hammock, a gas grill, and a Cornhole area. This space is beautifully lit for evening gatherings and conversations.

Nestled in the quaint and quiet neighborhood of Tranquil Shores, a private community with only six homes and a shared pool, "Let It Be" is perfectly positioned on the north side of Co. Highway 30A. It's conveniently close to the amenities of Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Rosemary Beach to the east, and The Hub and Seaside to the west. The home also features an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and is located directly across from the pool, with the beach just a two-minute walk away!

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and the perfect size for our group ( 6 adults, 1 toddler). The location and amenities made it ideal. It was convenient to everything (pool, beach, food) which is so important with a little one. We rented bikes and rode into the various towns on multiple occasions for coffee, dinner, parks ect. Highly recommend!

Great time!

The house was beautiful, well equpped and easily accessible to the pool and beach. We had a few issues with the door and the bikes but the Coastal dreamin staff was quick to attend to our concerns and fixed the problems immediately. We were very pleased with the home and would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for a great experience!

The Perfect Getaway

Everything about this house and location surpassed expectation! This house was booked for my sister's bachelorette party and it was seriously the cutest! We had 8 girls in total and were entirely comfortable during our stay. The beach access was perfect and pretty secluded (which we love)! We were close enough to all the great restaurants and charming shops without being in all the hustle and bustle (which we also love)! This was our groups first time in the area and I could not imagine a more perfect trip than the one we experienced at Let It Be! I would 100% stay here again and cannot recommend it enough!

We were really looking forward to stay BUT….Place was very cute and lots of charm hit had multiple problems with home. First we noticed that the dishwasher top rack was broken and couldn’t be pulled out fully without falling down. Microwave lights did not work at all. Water leak under sink which looked like had been there a little while as well pans to cook in either had leftover grease in them or the no stick covering was all scraped off on quite a few pans. Construction at end of the street woke us up just about every morning at 8am. On the third night the AC broke and was fixed by noon the next day. And last but not least construction crews running new cables around house broke gas line to home. I would have thought that the construction would have been communicated to us beforehand since they would have known this information. Home is cute and would have been fun to stay but all of these items made our stay not a great vacation.

Wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our stay at “Let It Be”. It was spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. The screened in porch was so welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and appliances. The proximity to the beach was super convenient. One important detail about this property's beach access is the amount of stairs needed to get to the beach. This would be a real issue for anyone not able to do a large amount of stairs. We used three of the bikes and they rode fine. They weren't all usable, but the latest property description said they couldn't be guaranteed. Thank you Coastal Dreams for providing quick and considerate response to our communication.

Good Location and House, Decent Upkeep

The location was great for beach access and just a short trip. We enjoyed porch immensely. The main disappointment with the house was the upkeep, amenities, and expectations from us. The letter from management stated that we were responsible for sweeping and returning the house to its original state even though we pay for cleaning. When we arrived there was trash under the beds and couches and cobwebs in the corners on the ceiling. The toilet paper was thinner than anything I've ever seen before and it was rationed, so any prospective renters should prepare to bring their own. We still enjoyed the stay a lot, but were disappointed in the presentation and amenities, given the cost of the stay.

Just what we needed

Let it Be was just what we needed. Located right across the street from the beach in 30a made it convenient to visit each day and the place was nicely decorated with thoughtful touches to make it feel like home. Master bathroom and upstairs wrap around porch were the best. Beds were comfortable. Only small thing we missed was batteries in some of the remote controls. Overall would return again. Great spot!

Absolutely loved it!

This charming beach bungalow was big enough for our large family with plenty of sleeping options but all the coziness of home. I loved the work they did on the remodel and the decor had me studying all the thoughtful touches throughout. Time, expense, and care has gone into every corner of this house, and the hop across the street to the beach was easy, and a gorgeous beach was waiting for us. Perfect option for a big group that is high style without being crazy expensive.

Very Nice Stay

This is a nice and clean place to stay. It is very close to the beach, just a short walk across the street. You do have to walk down a few flights of stairs, but so does everyone else staying on this section of the beach. What was really nice, was on a Saturday, July 24th, there was hardly anyone on the beach.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay at Let It Be. The house was well stocked and beautiful. It was the perfect size for our family and the beds were comfy. We did have a few minor issues - the kitchen sink was backed up when we arrived and it took about 24 hours for it to be fixed. It was inconvenient but the repair guy was super friendly. The outdoor space was beautiful but the furniture was dirty so didn’t use it. Finally, loved the proximity to the beach but - those stairs! As others have mentioned it should be listed in the description for those that might have mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and we would rent this property again.

Great place!

The house was wonderful - cozy, yet spacious. The outdoor spaces were fantastic - from the screened-in porch with bed swings to the firepit to the second floor deck. The pictures don't do the space justice with how cute it is! Easy bike ride to Rosemary Beach and beyond. My only negative would be that there was no mention of the stairs to the beach. For my party, it was not a problem, but mentioning somewhere in the description of the property the 50+ stairs to the beach would be helpful, especially for families who may have people with limited mobility or have difficulty taking numerous stairs.

Best Vacation Ever!

Let It Be was the most amazing beach house! This comfortable home has the most amazing decor...pampers you in beach luxury!! The upstairs deck & outside living areas gave plenty of outdoor relaxing areas for our big group. The location could not have been better! If you like to visit the popular spots in Seaside & Rosemary beach but don’t want to stay in a congested area...this is heaven. It’s private & convenient to the white sands of the beach & so many great restaurants & entertainment. We are considering booking again next summer—for a longer stay 🏖❤️🌤 The property management is exceptional—all questions answered in minutes. The unit came with bikes but they weren’t at the home when we arrived. After a quick e-mail they arrived in a few hours! Thanks for an amazing vacation!!!!!
