Welcome to Beautiful Laguna Beach! 124 E. Lakeshore Dr. is less than a block from the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, on the West End of Panama City Beach, away from crowded high rises, but still close proximity to all that PCB has to offer! Walk to Thomas's Donuts or The Carousel Supermarket, and bring back breakfast or a bottle of bubbly to enjoy next to the private pool in your backyard.

Bring the whole family with room for everyone! You'll have room to spread out with this fantastic floor-plan, with three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, and the cozy and charming living, kitchen, and dinette rooms, this beach cottage has all of the amenities of home, with an eclectic bohemian beach vibe that you can't help but fall in love with. Pet Friendly! $250 pet non-refundable fee. Up to 2 dogs.

The white towels and linen (and blankets/duvets) provided are not to be taken outside. Please utilize your washer and dryer and advise of any staining immediately. This would be covered under your damage waiver, but we will need to re-stock the home upon your departure.

First day a/c was out they called tech out and did not fix it I brought my own tools and repaired on my own I photographed repair .black mold in all vents and used rat traps under cabinets .Sinks in both bathrooms leaked and pool was filthy.Dence is broken and gates have no latches .i requested multiple times to get a call from manger no response I requested a discount due to lost entire first day working on there a/c unit and nothing

First off a/c quit on first day they sent a tech he could not repair it so I had brought tools so I repaired myself requested a manager to call me multiple times never received call the fence had no latches and was falling down. There were multiple vents with black mold.i also cleaned covers to couch which were filthy I requested a discounted stay due to the first day I spent entirely repairing there a/c drain which was full of algae.The sinks both bathrooms leaked and under every sink were used rat traps

Pretty, little house, older but decent. We were able to bring our dog. Nice neighborhood with an easy walk to beach. Also, nice walk to a pizza and ice cream place that was amazing! Would stay here again.

Nice house, great pool, close to beach. Laguna is our favorite place to stay. Only reason for not giving all 5 stars is there were workers there all but 1 day of our stay. It was a lil awkward.

Pool was not fit to swim in. Contacted property manager and someone came right out and cleaned the pool. We kept it up skimming overnight debris. No issues after that. We will consider staying agaon. We enjoyed the location and it was a nice experience

Cute Pet-Friendly Beachhouse w Pool

This house had it all for us! It was a great fit for my husband, daughter (age 10) and large dog. Clean, cute decor, and great pool! We enjoyed the location, an easy walk to Thomas for donuts and coffee, to Carousel grocery, and to the beach! We really appreciated that it was dog-friendly and out doggie loved being able to come on vacation with us.

We left after a week, sketchy people behind us, Relocated after a week, the place is in need of many updates and a cleaning. There wasn’t even a kitchen table to sit at, pool was disgusting, the whole place is a dump👎

Excellent property so close to beautiful beach front. The home was very clean and just as described. We enjoyed the private pool and outdoor space very much. On a quiet street close to Pier Park but outside of the noise and traffic.

Very nice for a couples getaway

The property is nice and laid back. The pool privacy is a plus. We barbecued and played music in the back patio. However, no lighting in the pool at night. The kitchen was equipped well enough to cook what ever. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms tub and showers, not bad. Overall this is a very nice place to stay.

Laguna beach stay.

This was a great cottage style vacation home with a fenced pool in the back. Super clean with welcome kits for showers,laundry,dishes,etc. Right across from beach!! Great access to the city and the beach! Will stay again!

Family get away

House was great. Had everything we needed. The pool was having issues so we didn’t get to enjoy it. The owner had someone out to fix it but wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Would stay there again, great get away

Great location

Cute and cozy house, ideal for a small family like ours. Enjoyed the stay and loved the location. Pool is also fantastic! Recommend that owners keep beach towels and an umbrella for future guests, not very convenient to buy our own for a short stay.
