EASY CONTACTLESS CHECK IN: Guests DO NOT register at the Front Desk Upon arrival. Your reservations includes the resort's $50 registration fee in the total shown when you click on view details. We pay the resort's fee in advance for 2 Parking Passes that will be in the condo upon your arrival. There is a public parking lot close by for parking additional vehicles and trailers.

End Unit has a wrap around balcony larger than most Hidden Dunes Condos. Heated pool Nov - Mar. for a relaxing swim. The beach view was really great. Easy access to beach and pool. Close to restaurants and shopping. Spent most of our time either on the beach, pool or on the balcony.

Floor wasn't very clean; we had socks on when we first arrived and they were dirty with-in 15 min of us being there. Everything else was very clean. We did find a wrapper under one of the beds as well. View was amazing, pool was nice. Wish the grills weren't on the side of the building more centrally located. We went to Pier Park shopping and the upside-down house both were good. One of the elevators was out for most of trip so it could get crowded in them or wait was longer, but that can't be foreseen, everything has to have maintenance!! Overall great place to stay we will use again!!

Great Stay at a Great Unit

The condo unit matched the pictures and fit our family well. The kitchen was well-stocked for the cooking we did while we were there, and the amenities, like the pool & the beach chairs, were nice & easy to access (and having 2 sets of beach chairs included was a great bonus!). Overall, great stay at a great unit!!

Gulf visit

This was our first time coming to the Gulf and it was perfect. The space was enormous. We all loved how open the rooms were. The view was fantastic. My favorite part was the beach service with the umbrella and chairs on the white soft sand.I loved watching the moon set over the water in the morning, a sight I've never had at the Atlantic!We'll definitely look to coming back some day.

Spacious condo on quiet part of town

I loved how big this condo was, and the location was perfect. The only thing I could really improve on is that the beds were not very comfortable in the two rooms with the King size beds.

Family Beach Vacay

The view was beautiful and relaxing. We loved the access to the beach and the availability of the chairs. We all had plenty of room to sleep with the 10 of us. The only thing if we had to be nit picky was one of the bathroom tubs drained slowly..... We would definitely stay again!!!!

First Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 9. The beach was awesome and weather great the whole week. We went 1 day to Shell Island which was fabulous. The 2 sets of beach chairs saved my back! We will definitely return to this condo.

One of the best vacations ever!!!

We absolutely loved this property. When we walked into the condo we were blown away. The property was well-equipped with all we needed. The mattresses in the guest bedrooms could use updating, but that would not keep us from staying again. It was fabulous.

Respite from the cold

The unit is very spacious and well appointed. The luxury of three bedrooms with individual baths is so welcome. The view of the gulf is beautiful. We saw pods of dolphins. The weather was very nice.

My problem is not with the unit I reserved, nor the unit I was switched to two hours before check in time. My problem is with Emerald Coast property management, who manage the units. I stayed in a Gulf Crest unit which was clean but definitely needs some TLC; and I was charged 53 for a parking pass, which no one can seem to reimburse me for.

Love Hidden Dunes

Over all this unit was amazing. This is our 3rd year staying at hidden dunes and we have not been disappointed yet! I won’t stay anywhere else! My only suggestion for this particular unit would be to declutter and organize the kitchen cabinets.
