Edgewater Villa 903 is a fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor condo that sleeps up to 6 with a king size bed in the Salty Shores Master Bedroom and two queen sized beds in the Nauti-starfish guest bedroom. This outstanding ground floor villa is beautifully decorated with a coastal theme. The soothing color palette will make you feel so relaxed! The large open floor plan great room has a comfy leather sofa and love seat with floor to ceiling windows to overlook one of the many ponds Edgewater has to offer. The man sized TV is great for watching the big game or your favorite TV programs with Roku HD TV provided. And don't forget the Lux Speed WiFi through out the property! Step out onto our private balcony and enjoy the view.

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The high end cabinetry, counter tops and stainless appliances are amazing. And even better, this is a kitchen with a view! The kitchen also features a full sized washer & dryer in the pantry closet.

Enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered main balcony while watching the turtles and fish in the large pond right outside your living room & main bedroom door…there's ample seating for everyone! Watch your family/friends enjoy a competitive game of golf on the 9-hole, par 3 golf course that the balcony overlooks.

This villa boasts a coastal theme no matter what part of the condo you walk into. Your Salty Shores main suite features a king size bed with high thread count luxury bed linens and heavenly pillows. You'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Your en-suite main bathroom is absolutely fabulous. After a long day at the beach enjoy rinsing off in the elegantly tiled walk-in shower. Dry off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels that are provided with your rental.

Your Nauti-starfish guest bedroom features two queen size beds with two separate closets and a second covered patio of its very own. Adjacent to the second bedroom is the a spa like bathroom that features a single vanity, tub/shower combo, and toilet.

Your rental comes with parking for one vehicle through Edgewater's new registration system. The parking pass included with your rental is pre-registered in advance by our office. Should you need to purchase an additional parking pass please contact our office for the link to do so. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
