Villas of Sunset Beach is a gated community, located beachside on Highway 30A in Seacrest Beach, Florida. Driving down the palm tree-lined boulevard is only the beginning of a totally luxurious experience. Located between Rosemary and Alys Beaches and within walking distance to casual or fine dining. No dragging your beach gear across the street because the beautiful emerald waters of the gulf and the beachfront community pool are only steps away. Spacious gulf-front condominiums and elegant gulf-side homes make this community perfect for everyone.

**Please Note:**
*Seacrest Beach does not allow golf cart rentals.

BEACH ACCESS
Enjoy private deeded beach access just past the community pool. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Capacity for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
*Home must remain pet free.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a . Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
