We loved this VRBO! Very clean, great location, and it looks just like the photos. Lot's of room for our family of 5 with young kids. We would definitely stay here again!The host Nick was great to work with and communicated everything we needed for check-in, check-out, and requirements while on the property.Some additional positives:- Everyone we crossed paths with was very friendly- Parking right underneath the condo that was gated- 3 elevators that seemed faster than usual- Large balcony overlooking the gulf- Heated pool (needed for our cold spring break weather)- Small selection of beach toys for the kids- Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances we needed to cook our meals- Short/Easy walk to the beach with showers for rinsing off- With this condo not as densely populated as other places the pool and beach front always offered us enough room. Some small opportunities/preferences:- There were many books in the cabinets but limited family games, I believe we only found some dominoes. Not necessarily expecting a whole stock, but an a nice touch if the primary renters are families.- Shower heads left a little to be desired, not much flow in the master shower- The patio doors require some muscle to move. My guess is that's tied to their weight and coastal housing safety.- For our taste the master bed was a bit on the firm side
