We have stayed in this unit 4 or 5 times now. Last year we had an issue with the AC not getting the place cooler than 74. Someone came to check it and said it was fine but we knew it wasn’t. Made it difficult to sleep and enjoy our time in the unit. We had a couple other of other issues during that stay too, but really like the location and the convenience of parking for it, I did ask the properly manager at the time of booking if the AC was working well but never got a response. We rolled the dice and decided to go regardless.This time the AC was nice and cool - worked like it should. No other issues with anything else so we had a great stay. Master bath tub and sink still (after years) don’t drain well, but I assume it’s because of how much sand gets into the plumbing. Certainly not a deal breaker.The place is for sale, so we are hoping that it will still be available to rent because we are planning on coming back again next year.

Decent condo but don’t recommend for families of small children.

The pros- The condo was in a great location and we were on the first floor above the parking deck so we could park right under our room and get there quickly from the stairs. The walkway to the beach was easy and perfect and we loved the oversized balcony.The cons- the door code we were given didn’t work and once inside there were no parking passes. So we had to call twice back to back to the property mgmt but these were handled quickly and efficiently.There was no inside lock or chain on the main door. My 19mo grandson who loves opening doors could open and be outside in seconds. Also, there were a number of fragile decor items around that we either had to move or constantly watch that they were not touching/grabbing for them. Also the mattresses/beds were insanely creaky. Definitely needs to be replaced.

Wonderful views and Great Proximity to the Pool and Beach

The dryer was so loud because the motor is going out and did not dry any of our clothes the four days we were there.The front door kept opening and I had to place a chair all night. Although maintenance came in the morning and told us they would be right back with a weather stripping, they did not fix it until late afternoon.

I recently stayed at the Twin Palms #405. The room was clean and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was convenient, being close to the beach and stores. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Eventually everything worked out the gate code was incorrect and it was a little frustrating but eventually everything went well. This was our second year at this complex. The unit was very nice and if we come back next year we would like to book it if the unit would be available for the month of January? And what would it cost? Thanks again for a great stay.

Great Stay

There are only a few things that I would want to communicate that the host may want to think about. List the height limit of the parking garage. With our suitcases on top of our vehicle we had to unload in the middle of the first level because our suitcases were hitting the pipes that hang in the garage. Also, the drier is super loud and hard to close. Also there was a code change to get back into the gate from the beach and we were not told about it. Other than that it was GREAT. Perfect spot, the large balcony was amazing and I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful in every way. Clean, great location, and beautiful views. We felt very at home. The balcony was a hit and the furniture was all very comfortable. Parking, if you go to the top lot there are 2 spaces right by the condo. There is a little set of stairs to the left and it takes you right to the door of the condo. Very convenient! We would 100% stay again!

Good stay...but definitely managed by a rental company

Cons Check in: late in the day (4PM) as communicated, but we were offered no flexibility. We were told early check in was an option for $60, but when we offered to pay we were then told it was not available for our stay. Very confusing to say the least and not accommodating or welcoming. Check out: the maids came banging on the door at 8:45am and sat outside our door waiting for us to leave. We were told checkout was at 9:00am, which is still very early as most hotels at least give you until 10:00am. Of course, when we asked for late checkout we were immediately denied. Poorly stocked with essentials, one of everything (one roll of toilet paper per bath, one bar of soap, etc.) Annoying to buy all of that stuff when you're only staying for a weekend. Just a bit stingy for the price being charged. A pull out sofa is advertised but I would NOT consider it a place a human can sleep - you can feel the metal springs poking out. Thankfully I brought an air mattress as a backup. In the master, the sheets were incredibly uncomfortable and hot. Could see sparks flying when I moved in the dark under the sheets. Coffee maker did not work Pros Great location Very clean Quick walk to beach Private boardwalk Overall: Stingy on stocking and essentials, bad check in/out policy. It's missing the homey touch of a property that is managed by an actual owner and cared for. Great place to stay for a quick weekend getaway, but would not recommend for any longer.

Everything on the property was clean and nice. Easy access to the beach and pool. The only thing for me was the patio furniture was old.It needs to be updated and the washer made a wierd noise when we used it but other that everything was great.

Beach great. Pool fantastic. Actual condo dirty and rundown. The location is so-so have to ride share to get to the restaurants in the area. No dish towels or cloths good thing there’s no real pans to cook with had to snake out both tubs so water would drain. outside metal furniture is so rusted one of the armrest fell off mold in both bathroom tubs and I have photos of all it will never go back.

Fantastic - will definitely return!

This is the first time we've stayed here, and we were glad we did. The unit was perfect - had everything we needed, clean, lots of room, and a perfect view of the ocean. We were able to park on the 4th level outside garage area and our unit was a quick little walk just up the stairs - very convenient. Also very convenient to the beach - a very short walk through the garage/pool area and you're there. The kitchen had everything we needed for any meal we wanted to cook, including a Keurig for my wife, and it had a lot of room - big dining room table, good sized kitchen, 2 bedrooms and good sized bathrooms, and big living room. This time it was just my wife and I, but I plan on booking it for us with our 2 sons soon for next summer.
