-Wristbands: we will provide wristbands in the unit but if lost it will be a $10 replacement charge per band.
-Parking: you will receive a link to pay for parking in the Welcome Guide. It is $40 for a parking pass plus a processing fee $1.50. This is NOT included in your reservation price.
-The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.
-Animals are not allowed on the premises.
-Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own for beach use.
