• A $120 cancellation fee applies to all bookings.
• The dog fee is $100.00 per stay.
• Golf Cart Policy: A valid driver's license is required to operate. The golf cart may NOT be used to transport kayaks or oversized items. Guests assume all responsibility for safe and lawful operation.
• Hot Tub Policy: Please utilize the outdoor shower before use. No glass containers are permitted in or near the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times.

Your text message thread will include your direct door code, Wi-Fi password, and all details specific to your unit. Door codes are generated and sent at 8:00 AM on the morning of your arrival; however, they will not activate until 4:00 PM on your scheduled check-in day. Early check-in codes will only work if specifically adjusted and approved by the management company.

This text thread is actively monitored 7 days a week during our office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Non-emergency issues are addressed in the order received, while emergencies—such as a door code issue—are handled immediately by our team or our after-hours emergency answering service.
