Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $60/day $300/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

3 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo Ground Floor. Never take an elevator or stairs your entire stay!

This resort sits on the quiet end of Thomas Dr within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath is conveniently located on the ground floor which gives you easy access to the pool or beach without waiting for elevators. Tile floors throughout, large bedrooms two which feature king size beds, and one with two queens. The gulf front living room offers a flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa.

Both of the 2 ocean front master bedrooms have king size beds and have private bathrooms.

The third bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a shared bath with the living room.

Living room has a queen sleeper sofa large flat screen tv and balcony access with direct walkway to the pool and beach.

Amenities include large seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, picnic area, shuffleboard/basketball courts. Gated resort with onsite security guard.

*There is a $40 (Plus Tax) Resort Registration Fee added to each reservation. This fee is mandated by the resort and includes parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Great experience ! From booking to departure - all was an easy handle. Great communication on line as well as phone. Condo clean clean !! And was fully stocked. We noticed right off - kitchen was full of new cooking items and a good selection. Very clean unit ! Would definitely book unit again. Condo building and amenities all clean.

1 Star – Nightmare Stay at The Marisol, Panama City BeachOur stay at The Marisol (9/22–9/27) was an absolute nightmare, primarily due to Christine with Emerald Coast Destinations. One week before check-in, Christine called to inform us that our original reservation had to be changed. She offered two poor downgrade options, was pushy and unsympathetic, and refused any reimbursement for the downgrade.We had also requested early check-in, which was denied. When we finally arrived after 7 p.m., we walked into a completely filthy condo — alcohol bottles everywhere, unwashed linens, unmade beds, full trash cans, and a refrigerator still stocked with old food and beer.Christine couldn’t get anyone to clean that evening, so my family and I spent hours washing bedding, cleaning, and sanitizing the entire place ourselves. We even had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies just to make it livable.To make matters worse, checkout was chaotic and ended with Christine yelling and cussing at me over the phone — something I have witnesses for.VRBO should not allow Emerald Coast Destinations to represent their name. This was one of the worst vacation experiences we’ve ever had, and I strongly urge anyone considering booking with them to look elsewhere.

This is our 3rd year renting this condo. The new patio furniture was great. The location is perfect! Our only issue is the rental company offered us an early check in for an additional 79 which we didn’t accept, but the condo wasn’t ready until a few minutes after the 4pm check in even when there wasn’t a renter the night before. That just seems like trying to nickel and dime a repeat renter.

We enjoyed the location of the property and the condo was comfortable enough. Our only complaint was it wasn’t very clean. They really need to throw away all the area rugs- just doing that would help the looks of the place and make it easier for housekeeping.

Yearly Panhandle Vacation

Pros: Being on the ground floor is great. The condo was nice inside. We liked having our own bathroom for each bedroom. From the patio, there is a gate to the west end going to the pool area and out to the beach, which was very convenient. Cons: The patio was very disappointing. What other reviewers stated has not changed as far as the furniture. There are 2 wicker chairs. One was not useable as the wicker fell through the seat, and the base was rusted off. The other wicker chair's base was rusted off & laying against the wall. It had wicker sticking out and scratched several of us. There is 1 round table, but NO chairs. The high table has 2 chairs with no backs, so we had to lean against the wall to be comfortable. A message was sent to the owner regarding the wicker chairs - no response.The sprinkler system went off on Mon., Wed., and Fri. and soaked the entire patio and all of our things. Maintenance was contacted - not fixed. It looks like there is black mold above the patio doors/ceiling. Other reviewers have also stated the rugs could use a cleaning, and this also has not changed.

Great Location

Great Location near St Andrews state park. Beautiful beach and walking distance to local restaurants. Nicley decorated condo. Would have liked to enjoy the outside patio area more. The only complaint is that there is NO usable outdoor furniture. There are two tables one high and one low but NO CHAIRS. There are also two swivel chairs that are rusted off the bases and falling apart, truly not usable, and should be removed from the premises before someone gets seriously hurt. The review on this unit would be great to excellent if they address the outdoor area.

Christmas Vacation

The property smelled musty upon our arrival a few plug-ins later and it was better. The size and location of the condo were exceptional for us. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced, the rugs throughout the condo need to be replaced, and the bedroom furniture in the second king suite needs to be worked on. I thought the whole condo needed a little TLC and a deep clean. There were chairs stored in two of the walk-in closets. The condo had new paint and the bathrooms had been remodeled.

Great place

Loved that we were on the ground floor and didn’t have to deal with elevators. View was gorgeous. Good location with easy access to nearby places. Security guards were very nice. The only bad thing I could say is this place doesn’t have a gym/fitness center. That would have been nice to have. We rode it out with hurricane Helene and had no problems.

We loved staying on the ground floor! There is still a great view of the Gulf from the ground floor. The pool is within a few steps. A great time was had by all. We will rent this unit again if it is available when we are.

Everything was great but I would highly recommend purchasing new rugs for the entire condo especially the living room. It’s very dirty. Also the floors were very dirty I would suggest that the cleaners mop the floors every time before next guest comes in. I don’t think the floors were mopped we had little children who ran around with no shoes and the bottom of their feet were filthy after walking on the floors. Other than that our stay was great.

Mostly great. If I have 2 recommendations. 1) Grounds should be attended to and the patio area cleaned up. 2) Use nicer sheets on the beds. Otherwise nice. Oh yeah, and be sure the wifi password is available. We did not have a password for a day or so because we had to call the property manager on a Friday evening when we arrived.

Spring Break in PCB

The place was excellent. The view of the golf was amazing with the pool right outside the door. Security was accessible and enforced the rules. Great place in Wood return.
