The condo was really nice. Beds comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Location was really nice, however unloading area was small and a little crowded. Note to future visitors, luggage carts are on the 1st floor, not the parking level. Host replied to questions within a reasonable amount of time. Definitely topping our “stay at again” list.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the home was great. Did call number on check in paper to talk about a situation that I wanted to address but did not get a reply back. Dishwasher was not working as well and had standing water which had a bad odor. Housekeeper should have saw this if she was doing her job. I would definitely stay here again.

The door coming into the had a broken door closer and I emailed the email that I was provided, I also left a voice mail the first day about the screen door from the balcony to master suite, it had three large holes in it. The floor had not been cleaned, there was sand all over the floor, we cleaned it up. Kitchen, Wi-Fi and check in was great.

We enjoyed our stay here. This condo was accessible and was able to park at handicap for the week. The condo had comforts of home including fans and noise machines. Loved being on the 3rd floor. All of our appliances worked great. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo was nice. The floor was dirty with stains also the carpet in master bedroom had some too. Sofa not comfortable. Having to park across the street was inconvenient when we had to bring groceries in. Otherwise the stay was nice and the view was great!

Family Get Away

My impression on the condo was good. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again for sure. The only issues I had were small. Like new pots and pan are needed. And the floor could have been a little cleaner but with sand I know it’s hard. It was a great vacation. We loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was spacious, clean, and ready for our arrival with no entry issues. Upon arrival, we noticed a couple of maintenance needs; reported them the next morning; and the rental company was there first thing Monday morning to address. Quickest response ever! Need to update living room photo - to our delight there was a sectional that provided much more seating. Dated decor and needs a few upgrades but it didn't affect our stay.

Awesome Spot

The place was nice and clean. The location was awesome because we were close to everything. The only complaint is we were down for Thunder Beach bike week and we could only park across the street in an uncovered parking lot. The was an issue because of the dew every morning kept our seats wet. Everything else was perfect for your PCB stay! Thanks for allowing us to rent such an awesome place.

Decent for the price.

A little dirty and pictures need updated with the new furniture. A few blemishes we noticed but nothing bad. Great location next to cafe, bar, food, and stores. The pool was decent too. Our front door looked a little banged up and the housekeepers left trash on the balcony. But nothing we couldn’t clean up ourselves.

Only complaint is was having to park across the street when there was plenty of parking under the building. Had I known before I booked it that we had to park across the street I would have found something different. You should let the people know before booking

Nice condo and location, but not well equipt

Past experiences have been that there are extra things like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, clean sheets, extra blankets, beach towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters. None of that was provided. As an example, each bathroom had one roll of toilet paper and there were no extra rolls anywhere in the unit.

Stay

The stay was good, I think they should put a mattress pad on the stained mattress in the 2nd bedroom and also upgrade the cooking pans. And also leave things to clean the condo with. There was only a broom. Otherwise it was a great place just needed updating in the kitchen and bedrooms.
