After a blissful beach day, dip in the sparkling pool and hot tub. A modern fitness center keeps you up-to-date on fitness goals, and the convenient location is close to Pier Park and a waterpark.

In the evening, gather on your 16th-floor balcony to see the setting sun cast gorgeous rays over the Gulf. Other highlights include an updated kitchen, new flooring, upscale furnishings, and a bunk alcove. Relax in the living area, furnished with two armchairs and a queen sofa bed. Stream new movies and favorite shows on the smart TV. Home chefs will be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Perch at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table in the dining area.

The covered balcony offers sprawling views of the Gulf. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the bistro table. You’ll find an abundance of lounge seating around each of the sparkling pools. The hot tub invites you to unwind into vacation mode. Little ones will love splashing in the kiddie pool, and the tropical bar elevates the relaxing resort experience. The fitness center offers state-of-the-art workout equipment. You’ll also find a community barbecue area with gas grills.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests will need to directly pay the resort a $50 registration fee upon arrival, which covers parking passes and armbands. Guests may purchase one additional parking pass for $30.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall location is fabulous. Very close to everything and parking wasn’t terrible. Even the elevators were not bad compared to most condos we’ve stayed at in the past. However it is very much an obstructed view. Can’t really tell that in pictures. From the kitchen, you can’t really see the beach at all, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it is a nice condo though. However, it does need a lot of updates. It definitely needs new beds. The master bed and queen bed are very uncomfortable. The twin bunkbeds are sinking in spots. The couch bottom part was bulging out from wear. The kitchen was bare at best. Absolutely nothing to use to cook anything with. Also, the towels were minimal to say the least. Overall, I would stay at Grand Panama, but would not stay at this condo again.

Disaster Relief break

Great need a break from working hard after disaster release in South Georgia. We do a volunteer work helping her brother and sister too, were affected by the storm hElena in South Georgia. The project is coming to end and we needed a break.. Thank you for letting next day.

Check in was horrible.

We arrived 9 hours away from home and made it earlier than expected - they wouldn’t let us check in early - said the room wasn’t ready. We sat by the door for two hours with no one inside or housekeeping and then said it was available the second it was 4pm. Not accommodating for long distance travelers. Living room view is blocked by a large column on the balcony.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

All was lovely. Only thoughts were, definitely not a comfortable sleep for 7. The sofa wasn't even comfortable to sit on. Also the dining table was very sticky. Not sure if it was the finish. We cleaned it best we could. Thank you for the stay.

MUST READ BEFORE YOU RESERVE THIS CONDO

So many problems w this condo! First, we also read the reviews about the dryer not working properly & emailed the property before we reserved it to ask if it had been repaired. We were told “The issues brought to our attention in the reviews have been handled by our local team”. It was NOT! (And yes I still have the email.) The dryer failed to heat enough to dry the clothes & the lint trap filter was broken, ripped apart. We brought this to their attention & they did bring a new tint trap the day before we left. Dryer never got the heating problem fixed. Therefore we had clothes, undergarments, and beach towels everywhere and anywhere we could hang them. They offered to refund us $100 as an inconvenience. Housekeeper Christina was kind & apologetic and brought us 2 sets of bath towels since we couldn’t wash and dry what had been given. Secondly, when we arrived, mold was all over the bathroom ceiling. We told them and they came the next day and cleaned it off with what smelled like a bleach mix. It was much better! A+ Third, the living room TV never worked because it had no remote control and no buttons that we could find on the tv itself. They never brought a remote to us or offered to swap it for another one. And with two 7 year olds and 2 teenagers this was very frustrating. Fourth, the dining table chairs were so old the seat was coming apart and had splintered. So we couldn’t even sit at the table and enjoy a meal together. Mattresses were very uncomfortable

Perfect getaway!

This was our third annual getaway for myself, my husband, our daughter (9), my best friend, her husband, their two kids (8, 6), and this her mother. The bunk beds were perfect for her two kids, and we brought a twin air matress, which we put between the kitchen bar and the dining table for our kid. Nana slept on the pull out couch leaving the two bedrooms open for the couples. It never felt like we were too crowded. Immediately upon arrival, her husband said "this is the best view we've had yet", and it is a stunning view. You can see for miles left, right, and in front. We enjoyed the proximity to the pier, as the other family walked down to enter it. You're close to plenty of fast food options, as well as nice dining. It's also only a couple of minutes to the Ripley's museum and upside down house. I think the only complaint uttered all weekend was the regular drip coffee pot pictured is no longer in the unit, and husband 2 couldn't get the Auburn game on the living room TV, but he got it in their bedroom. This was the most comfortable and cost efficient condo we've booked for our two family's. We will definitely try to get this one again next year!

Vacasa didn't give us linens for the couch bed. We asked about 4 or 5x. Called and complained acted like they didn't care. The owners didn't leave enough linens so every night we had to sleep without cover so the others could have it. Front door wouldn't latch all the way. I do not suggest this praticular unit. They also didn't have the starter stuff that other condos usually have. We go every year and this was the worst service I've ever had. Stay away from Vacasa!!!

Location was amazing, the condo was clean and well laid out. The beds were cheap and very uncomfortable, the pillows were thin, and the comforter was a thin sheet.

It was amazing, we had the best time! Only thing was that the dryer does not work very good, we had to dry each load 4 or more times to get it dry. Other than that, everything was perfect! It was one of the only places I could rent because of age. Thank you for letting us stay!

Room Had black stuff on ceilings from vents not sure if it was mold but I informed vacassa about it and nothing ever got done. Beds were very firm Not a good sleep at night. Besides that we still Enjoyed the location on the beach

few updates needed

Before you book, I would ask if the mattress have been replaced. They are in very poor condition and need replacing immediately, they felt awful, I sent inquiries about it and was told it would be passed on to the owner, so just want the owner to know. The air conditioner works great but is very very loud and the washing machine makes a roaring noise as well, so when both are on you cannot hear, no washing clothes at bedtime. Ceilings has some black on it that needs to be looked at, could be mold starting. Great place just needs some touching up. Owner needs to be aware is the main reason for the post. When you pay this much for a room things should be a little more comfortable especially the beds.

We were a little grossed out because there was blood on the curtain to the sliding glass door and on one of the living room chairs. No rugs in the whole condo, so we dealt with sandy floors the whole time, the dryer took an hour to dry two towels, and some of the outdoor furniture was broken and should have been removed.
