Ocean Reef # 1403 est situé au 14ème étage à Ocean Reef. Dès que vous marchez dans la porte, vous serez emporté avec la vue à couper le souffle!

Le condo a été repeint en août 2018.

Le salon est magnifiquement décoré avec un canapé confortable, des sièges, des tables, des lumières, un ventilateur de plafond, une grande télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Le salon s'ouvre sur le balcon privé ainsi que la suite principale.

La suite principale est logée avec un lit king size confortable, de beaux draps, une table de chevet, un ventilateur de plafond, une commode et une télévision à écran plat. La suite ouvre également sur le balcon privé, idéal pour admirer l'océan, regarder les oiseaux voler ou écouter les doux bruits des vagues qui viennent s'écraser contre la plage. La suite principale dispose également d'une salle de bain principale privée qui est logée avec des draps de bain.

La chambre dispose de deux lits doubles, un ventilateur de plafond, table de chevet, des sièges, une commode, une télévision à écran plat accroché au mur avec un lecteur DVD. La chambre s'ouvre également sur la salle de bain des invités. Vous y trouverez tous les draps de bain dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable.

La salle à manger a une table à manger en verre exquis qui pourra accueillir confortablement six. Plus de sièges au comptoir avec des tabourets. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable et les comptoirs en granit. Le propriétaire n'a épargné aucune dépense et a fourni tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer et servir un repas pendant vos vacances.

Les balcons privés à Ocean Reef sont parmi les plus grands que vous trouverez dans la région. Depuis le balcon, vous pourrez admirer l'eau infinie du golfe, les dauphins qui sautent, les mouettes qui volent, les amateurs de plage, le parachute ascensionnel, le canotage, la plongée en apnée et bien plus encore. We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Reef through Greta’s Beach Rentals. The view was absolutely stunning, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony with the comfortable outdoor furniture. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The unit also included two beach chairs and a beach cart, which made trips to the beach so easy and convenient. Highly recommend this unit for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway!

Friends trip

We loved the ocean reef the balcony was spacious which we loved . Great location close to a lot of restaurants . The wicked wheel was our favorite and we didn’t have to wait at any restaurant we went to . We would recommend ocean reef to anyone and will likely be staying there again .

Great place!

Condo was great! Comfortable beds and massage chair was a plus after a long day of walking. Balcony was our favorite spot and we spent every minute we could out there. Would suggest some basic seasonings in kitchen and light did not work in front bedroom.

Lots to love about this condo

This is at least our 3rd consecutive year renting this condo and we hope to rent this condo again in the future years to come. This condo is on the 14th floor with spectacular views of the beach & ocean life. There is a pier about 2.5 miles on the left & another pier about 2.5 miles on the right if you happen to like walking on the beach.This condo also has included 2 reserved lounge chairs w/umbrella on the beach if you like to relax & get your beach on. Condo was very clean and perfect for our family vacation.

We walked over to the go kart track and mini golf every night and also enjoyed ice cream across the street. The condo had nearly everything we needed for our stay. We stopped and bought groceries but nearly everything else was there for us to use. We would highly recommend, 5 stars! No issues at all. Loved our experience and plan to come back again very soon.

Change of scenery

We really enjoyed this rental for the need of a change of scenery. It’s a beautiful unit, just as the pictures show. Great views from balcony. Great beach area. Everything you might need in the kitchen. Working washer and dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella included with rental. We had a great time and are glad we came. The only draw back is the limited elevators for the amount of people in the building. One elevator was broken and another was temporarily closed., leaving one working for 23 floors. But, a little patience is always good to practice.

Very Pleasant Experience

Wonderful condo and the onsite facility staff were great. One elevator was down so it slowed things depending on time of day and weather, but they did everything they could to mitigate delays. Comms w manager were excellent and they went out of their way to accommodate check out day requests. The parking garage is an interesting setup, and while we did fine in our midsize SUV rental, those with long bed trucks struggled with the tight turns and small spaces. But the assigned space was accurate and there were uncovered overflow spots available. Will DEF stay again.

Loved the Balcony and the view !

The condo was very nice … decorated nice. Loved the balcony and the view. A suggestion is upgraded hot water heater . The washer turned my whites beige…. The seal around the washer door was molded . Upfront washers … you need to leave the door and the washing detergent door open after each washing to prevent mold. One elevator was down and the other two was so slow and overflowing not to mention no air conditioning. An Ice machine on each floor would be great ! Even with the negative…. We would come again … the place was adorable and the view fantastic !

October 2020 Stay

We had a wonderful time during our fall vacation. We have visited Florida during the fall and spring for many years and this has been the nicest property we have been in yet. The condo was spacious and we had plenty of room for my two young adult children. The master bedroom was amazing and it was wonderful to wake up each morning with a full view of the ocean. Another highlight was the large balcony. We have not seen another property that has space on the balcony to have a table and 4 chairs to eat, a couch and two lounge chairs too. We enjoyed cooking a few meals and eating as we enjoyed the sunset. We were able to enjoy this balcony more than others in the past because the entire property is smoke free. Nothing ruins a balcony or being able to have you windows open to hear the ocean than a neighbor chain smoking next door on their balcony. We were happy we did not have to deal with that. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the WiFi and multiple TVs. Wonderful place!

This is our second year enjoying our stay in Ocean Reef 1403. The well equipped condo, large balcony, beautiful sand, great restaurants — especially Runaway Island, Sharky’s, C Level, Wicked Wheel, American Charlie — love it all. It’s a great place to escape cold weather!
