Gorgeous Inlet Beach Home close to 30A * 4 min walk to Beach * Bike to Rosemary

Welcome to the "TennesSEAn"! This stunning home, located a short 4 minute walk to the sugar white sand, is NEW to the rental market. The designer furnishings and high end finishes set the stage for a beautiful, relaxing getaway.

You enter on the ground level via the front porch where you will find 2 porch swing beds. Inside, you will find an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen features include a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, walk-in pantry, oversized island with seating for 4 and dining seating for 8-10 depending on how you configure the chairs/bench. On this level there is also a half bath, as well as the first King bedroom. This bedroom features a lovely ensuite bath with a spacious shower, dual vanity, and a walk in closet.

The second floor boasts three bedrooms. Here you'll find the second King bedroom which also features a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a large shower, dual vanity, and walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms on this floor share a "jack and jill" bathroom with a tub/shower and dual vanities, and one offers a double bed while the other offers a queen size bed. The laundry room is located on this level as well and features a full-sized washer and dryer. There is access to the second story porch from the hallway on this level. This porch has four club chairs waiting for you!

The third floor is a sleeping space with 2 queen beds as well as a full bath. There is also access to the third floor porch where you can enjoy relaxing on the swing bed, perfect for reading, lounging, or even napping!

This location allows you to bike to Rosemary, Alys, or the new 30Avenue to enjoy amazing restaurants and shopping, but then retreat to the peace and quiet of Inlet Beach. If you are a nature lover, check out neighboring Camp Helen State Park. The beaches in Inlet are spacious and less crowded, so no more fighting for a spot. Come enjoy all that this beautiful escape has to offer!

Friends trip

Wednesday thru Friday. Hurricane Helene made landfall on Thursday evening but about 120 east of us. We went bar hopping on Thursday since raining. The weather was amazing at the each Friday and Saturday. This house is close walking distance to beach. Very spacious home and modern. The upstairs bedroom stayed a little warm but overall we loved this home !

Great location, needs a little refresh

The location is great, just what we were looking for at the quieter end of 30a in Inlet Beach just a few blocks from the beach. The beaches weren’t crowded at all especially for Memorial Day weekend. There were chairs and umbrellas to rent and they set them up for you. You could easily rent bikes from Seacrest and bike or walk to Rosemary Beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The place worked fine for us and a couple of other families that were staying there. However, it wasn’t the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at on 30A. It could definitely use a refresh. New bedding, towels, paint on the kitchen cabinets, new kitchen equipment. It was very disorganized and hard to find the right tools. No hand or bar soap in bathrooms, very few kitchen basics like hand towels and hot pads in the kitchen. No shampoo or lotion amenities in the bath, so bring your own or plan to buy. They gave us two dishwasher tabs and two garbage bags for a week stay so we had to go buy. Amenities are definitely lacking here. No bikes either like many other homes, so we had to rent. No beach equipment. I understand, but you pay a lot to not even have the basic amenities like soaps provided and have old stained towels and bedding. That part was disappointing of our stay. The third floor bedroom is really a loft with no door. It smelled very damp and musty up there (clearly has a mold or moisture issue) and the bathroom in my opinion desperately needs a new mirror and light fixture (rusty and gross).

the owner was very responsive and helpful. The house is lovely, but must have been booked every week of the summer and fall. Clean crew did a cursory job, hitting high spots with clothes in washer when we got there and several lamps, toilets needing maintenance. We let the owner know this, and would book again if available.

Fantastic rental just minutes from the best beach

This house is simply stunning. It's large, spacious and just minutes from the beach and 30A restaurants and pretty towns. It is truly a gem that we hope to use again. And Dana, the owner, was highly responsive. It was a great experience!

Amazing location and beautifully maintained!

My family and I have been visiting 30A for many years and this was one of our favorite places to stay. The house is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and in a great location. The beach access was super easy and convenient (very short walk, no boardwalk, etc). We will be back soon!

Great girls trip

Would definitely stay there again. The beds were in fact amazing, we all commented on how comfortable they were. The host family were friendly and quick to respond. The location was convenient to Rosemary, Alys, Seaside, Watercolor and more. We’re already talking about out next trip.

Beautiful property

This property was so beautiful! Our family enjoyed our stay here and hated to leave! Very close to the beach. The property manager was also very helpful when needed and she responded very quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Brand New, Excellent House

This entire house, furnishings & amenities are brand new! And the styling of the place is very chic and upscale. Even the outdoor furniture is top-of-the-line, and plentiful. The beds are SUPER comfortable, and the wifi is great. The only thing missing was an outdoor shower, but we found where there is plumbing for it, so I assume it will be added soon. (We just used the rough plumbed hose to clean off our feet before walking in.). It's a short walk to the beach, and a 9 min bike ride to Rosemary Beach town center. I would highly recommend staying here!
