Un appartement au rez-de-chaussée composé d'une chambre directement sur la plage. Ce condo est niché entre Seaside et Rosemary, situé à environ 15 miles de Panama City Beach. C'est une plage familiale calme et trÚs privée. Nous avons tout le confort de la maison et vous invitons à rester chez nous et à profiter de ce magnifique condo en bord de mer. Notre porche arriÚre marche tout droit sur la plage. Il y a un beau lit King size dans une chambre avec des lits superposés pour adultes ou enfants. Nous avons un canapé-lit qui dort 2 aussi. C'est un quartier trÚs haut de gamme et axé sur la famille. C'est un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade pour les couples. Planifiez le week-end de votre fille. Si vous aimez le vélo, amenez vos vélos ou louez-les localement. Il existe de nombreuses pistes cyclables et un environnement vélo convivial avec des racks de vélo disponibles sur la propriété. We had the best time! This is our 2nd time staying here and we plan to be back! The owners are super helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the view is awesome. It’s so nice to walk off the back porch and just steps to the beach. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, etc to use. We can’t wait to come back!

Annual Girls Trip

This was my 2nd (and definitely not my last) stay here. The property is very clean and is in the absolute best location! It’s about a mile from The Big Chill and the beach is not crowded.

Our favorite beach stay!

The pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is so nice and spacious. We stayed here with our two year olds. It was the perfect size for a family of 4, super clean, with comfortable furniture. We loved being able to walk directly to the beach- made it so easy with two toddlers. There are stairs to get to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. The location of the condo was right in the middle of everything. A very short ride to Seaside or Rosemary Beach! We absolutely loved staying here and plan to return.

Amazing beachfront condo

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This was our first time vacationing in Seacrest (30A), and I will definitely recommend this area and condo again. We will always prefer the private beach as it is less crowded than other surrounding public beaches. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two children ages 5 and 2).

We have stayed here numerous times. New furniture this trip! The place looks really nice. Air conditioning was perfect, bed was comfortable as usual, price is more reasonable than other units we checked at Seamist. We really like the covered porch for storing paddle boards and bikes. Spring Break 24

My husband couldnt go so my best friend went with me and it was perfect. Being able to look out and see the beach and gulf was great. The condo was as described. The ease of the whole process of reserving, checking in and out was. The owners were quick to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this and would stay here again.

Truly a home away from home

This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with my family and enjoy my five month old son’s first trip. We loved our accommodations and the proximity not only to the beach but also to some of our favorite restaurants like Black Bear Bakery and George’s.

Awesome location!! Beautiful private beach. Breathtaking views. Literally just steps from the beach. Only complaint is condo wasn’t what I would call clean however not a dealbreaker. We love this cute little beach condo! The location is perfect and it really does feel like our “home away from home”. We stay here every year for our beach vacation! Seriously the best little hidden gem along 30A!

The beach was perfect. Access was super convenient and got front row everyday. Condo was nice. Some beds, counters, floors still had some sand on them. I think the upstairs unit may have had an issue with plumbing as we heard the maintenance guy talking to others about an issue. You could definitely smell something in the unit the whole time. If you are there for the beach this place is tough to beat.
